good enough but double check your reservation

I asked staff to combine my one additional night with the 2-night stay that was previously planned and booked. but the 2nd day I was informed that that had not been handled and I had to relocate. At first they told me they were sold out and had secured me a room at another hotel. then they put me in "Mr. somebodys" Suite. which as a good move but the room REAKED of 1970s aftershave. I almost gaged at the smell.

always double check your own reservation and make the staff repeat the details

reference this to my other posted comment : I added one nights stay and asked to have the 2 reservations combined so I didnt have to move to a different room. while I was told that had been done I was kicked out of my room at the very very last minute and was going to be sent to another hotel. then they put me in some Suite. which sounded good until I got in there and the room absolutely reeked with some 1970s cologne. just horrid. Staff was pleasant and did their best but I would have rather gone anywhere else.

seems like vacuuming under beds is a thing of the past.

DO NOT stay here- I recommend sleeping in your car first.

Absolutely nothing- this motel was a disgrace to the franchise and I will never step foot in another America’s Best Value Inn. I have never stayed in a dirtier place! I spoke with the manager and he made poor excuses and didn’t even offer to discount our room for the shambles that it was. $200/night should get you a clean room!

This property is very rundown and filthy. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean it- the bathroom floor was sticky and there was urine on the toilet. The mirror above the sink had been cleaned but the countertop and sink was gross. The carpet had several large stains and had obviously not even been vacuumed as there were small pieces of toilet paper scattered about. If there had been any other motels with vacancies I would have refused the room and left.

I was satisfied and grateful for price.

It was a fine stay. Our bathroom door was not workin, and the maintenance guy came quickly and worked hard to fix it. The price was Amazing!

The parking lot could have been plowed. It was kind of difficult parking and maneuvering. (It was not snowing at this time)

Would be appropriate as a truck stop accommodation.

Staff wore less than appropriate clothing, food particals on carpets, complimentary breakfast was less than expected, soap and shampoo dispensers in the room were broken.

The whole hotel smelled like a locker room. Ran out of soap & shampoo, they didn't have any in stock. They did bring some to the room in the evening. All of the chairs & sofas had stains on them. I was very disappointed, especially for what it cost.....

Whie we did make do, The genera consesus that no we would not stay there ever again.

Front desk people were very nice.

Curtains were not hung properly as some of the hooks came loose and the curtains hung badly and let in daylight early in morning. I had two rooms. One room had two people coffee station had only one cup. no soap to wash hands. had to get hand towels from front desk. carpet need shampooing. Second room the carpet was filthy and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. breakfast bagels were old and stale.

Convenient location

The lock wasn't working on the rear entrance to the building. That was somewhat concerning knowing anyone could enter at any time. Additionally, when the guests in the neighboring room decided to shower at 2AM the water pipes screeched for 10 minutes. We all literally sat up in our beds thinking it was the fire alarm. Then 20 minutes after the first shower ended, another shower started. At least we knew what it was the second time but it didn't make for a very restful sleep.

The staff are always so nice. Currently they are remodeling, the comfort from last time we stayed was night and day. My new favorite hotel in Kalispell

It was a place to sleep but I’d never stay there again.

The low price.

Very dirty, lots of different noise, room was not attended to in the four days I was there.

Disappointing

People were friendly. Had a problem with broken bathroom door. They fixed it right away

Room was ok but very out dated. Tv were very old remote doesnt turn on tv. Sink was in need of an upgrade. Needed painting walls were patched but not painted.
