i wouldn’t stay here again

room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable

the TV and the shower were both broken. they gave us keys to another room to shower because ours didn’t work at all

We always use the Hilton when we go on vacations. This one was a disappointment.

Convenient for where we wanted to go.

This stay was disappointing

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the young man who looks like Kobe Bryant. The breakfast was very good.

The bathroom in our room wasn’t cleaned properly. The stopper/drain plug in the tub was not attached and was filthy with dirt and gunk on it. I could not take a shower.

The bathroom tub plug didn’t work we had to giggle it for the water to go down the drain. The bed was noisy every time you turn on the left side. I reported it. The TV lost the signal

The room was clean the beds and pillows were comfortable but the elevators and the hall next to the elevators on the ground floor were dirty... I chose this hotel because it said it had a whirlpool and a pool to my disappointment the whirlpool was no longer there it had been filled with cement

Not the nicest Hilton Garden Inn that I have stayed at. The front desk was very busy and the attention to needs was just not there. Very rushed, robotic and not what you expect from the Hilton brand.

Staff was friendly and room was comfortable

Breakfast was not free despite staying at a Hampton Inn managed by Hilton the night before at a cheaper rate that included a complimentary breakfast with eggs, waffles, sausage, french toast sticks and much more. It seems like the actual Hilton could provide a similar complimentary breakfast given the higher rate and slightly smaller rooms
