Clean very good water pressure
Breakfast! It was a standard buffet breakfast but they wanted $21 a person if you didn’t get it with your reservation. My daughter and I booked the same room same amount of nights and payed the same price but when she was booking she clicked including breakfast. I did not see that option. So my stay did not include breakfast. And because we booked through Booking.com the hotel would not do anything and Booking . Com would not do anything and the lady in charge of the buffet was so nasty.

It would be nice to get the room that you pay for. I ordered a king room an got a room with 2 queen beds. That’s not very customer friendly service. All of the king rooms are alway dirty for some reason. I love Hilton but this one is by far the one that did not meet expectations Hilton is so much better than the service provided here
Accurate inventory. Also I paid on booking an was charged a holding fee that I still did not receive yet NOT ACCEPTABLE

The building was decent.
The checkout time on the door indicated noon, but the hotel staff indicated checkout time was at 11:00am, so I wanted a late checkout, which I was given 12:00 for an additional cost. Not sure why the hotel didn't update this information on the door in the room.

It was a nice, basic place to sleep.
The architect designed the room poorly - the front door, closet and bathroom door were all jammed together
in the entryway and the front door had suffered damage due to this and the maintenance crew repaired it with
the skills of a 5th grader. The shower door dragged on the shower curb. The right bath sink faucet dripped.
The carpet in the room had lived it's life and wanted to be replaced. A table and 2 chairs would have been
nice for the guests who didn't want to pay the food prices which exceeded all other places on Bridgeport Ave.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was really good.
The rooms smelled musty and when we put the a/c heater on it was worse. The pool had so much chlorine that it was burning my child's eyes and hands. The amount I spent on 2 rooms for the days wasn't worth it. I figured it was the Hilton garden inn and my family and i would have been comfortable but it did not meet my expectation at all. I was disappointed. I was getting my floors refinished and stained and thats why i bookedthe rooms. My kids preferred to stay in the house rather than stay at the hotel.

Breakfast was available including omelets, pancakes, waffles prepared by a chef. They had strawberries and blueberries also, which was nice. However, no gluten free nor vegan options available. Beds were comfortable.
If you're on the late side of breakfast hours, they start removing things. The tables weren't cleaned very well despite us arriving towards the end when no one else was there.
