Very cozy and amazing view, sweet and curdious staff

Amazing view, but showing its age

The view of the city is fantastic and the location to downtown Covington is excellent, a very walkable area.

Our tub didn't drain well, odd stains on the carpet. Weed smell in the hallway (15th floor). And now they're charging for parking. The whole hotel really needs to be refreshed, it's looking a bit run down. And it's a shame because we regularly stay here when visiting family because of the view and location.

No water pressure. Uncomfortable bed. Right by the highway, so it was very loud and hard to get to sleep.

Great place

The staff was very friendly and they put me in a nicer room for waiting in line to check in. The restaurant is very yummy!

They were understaffed but that's not a negative.

Good stay for a work trip, maybe a bit too expensive. Gentle people.

The lady at the receptions was very busy but so gentle and she gave me much help with a technical problem in the room. Really appreciated. The service tech guys where gentle as well and almost immediately available to fix the problem. Good breakfast for 14 bucks.

Rooms on west side are close to the highway, a bit noisy. During the night the heating system was down due to a fault of the bluetooth control unit at the wall.

Original room was filthy when we arrived. We were given another room that was a little better but still not up to par. My family and I will not be returning.

It was good.

That it had a accessible balcon. They waitress in the pub really nice.

Mostly disapointed.

Unique building in a nice location.

Roaches in bathroom, only one outlet worked in main area so had to take turns charging 4 cell phones cell watches. No usb ports. Heated pool was barely warm. Property could be updated without losing its historic flare.

Great location, dumpy needs a face lift

Location is excellent. Phyllis at the bar downstairs is amazing! Good hospitality!

The bathroom wasn't cleaned up too well. Room decor is a little dated. Fixtures and maintenance needs to be better.

Terrible experience. It was my fiancé and my one year anniversary together and he and I were very disappointed.

I liked the location and the Staff was nice.

It was outdated, no complimentary breakfast, the tub was dirty, no safe to lock personal item, had to pay for parking, the bathroom was very small. The pictures on the website must have been old pictures because that is not the way it look right now. For us to have had a king size bed with a balcony, we were very pissed.

it was gatorade bottles under the bed couple things I didn’t like but ok I guess

the bar and balcony was cool

none of the sockets worked they had to move my room the sockets still didn’t work …. they ask for a deposit that they don’t give back they just hold it I cleaned the room perfectly nothing was wrong this the second time they’ve kept my money then when you ask they give you the run around talking call your bank whole time it’s them hiding it

A rundown relic of the past it seems.

The swimming pool was nice.

The heat in the room did not work. The elevators are terrifying they make way to much noise and are very cramped. The shower was complicated to use and had been modified. The sliding door was hard to open and also did not lock. The coffee pot had to be moved to the bathroom to be used and the alarm clock was unplugged. The 50$ deposit was added on last minute after I had paid for booking and a charge of 7 dollars was added for parking In the open uncared and unsecured.

Great service but hotel itself was below my expectations.

The location was great and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

We found baby roaches in our room. The hotel was outdated and needed some serious updates. The price was too much for what you got.

Amazing view

We love the location and the view. Good water pressure.wotj decent towels.

Most of the plugs in our room (729) were so loose we had trouble finding any that could charge our phones. There were a few roaches too, first time we've seen that there. Maybe from the cold snap? For the price they should offer some sort of breakfast.

Disgusting. Rude service. Smelled awful. Roaches. Flies.

Absolutely nothing.

The front desk staff are horrendous. I voiced my complaints and they laughed. Told me to go through booking.com for my refund but I paid there, after waiting to speak with booking for 15 minutes waiting in the lobby to be told by booking that the hotel had to refund me since I paid at the hotel. There was COCKROACHES, FLIES, A bug chemical spray smell, the bed was broken, the room and balcony smelled of urine and mildew, it was in the ghetto, there were people partying there and smoking weed, the staff just walked off, was being so mean to us and we were there for our honeymoon. They laughed when I said what was wrong and then said I said it was gross, which it was, and they said I had the best room there, now that's what's funny.

Good hotel but a lil overpriced

I loved the view from the balcony , the customer service and the size of the room and it was nice and silent , we didn’t hear too much noise from other rooms

We found a roach in the bathroom , the Wi-Fi was inconsistent . The plug outlets didn’t work along with our fridge and breakfast was overpriced

Exceptional

I like that they allow their staff to show a little personality in their jewelry etc. Staff were also super nice and gave me an upgrade. The view is fantastic, The vintage '70s hotel is updated and great fun. If I come through again I'm going to take advantage of the revolving restaurant on the roof!

It was an efficient stay, but I feel slightly over price for the amenities.

How close it was to downtown Cincinnati

The pool was cloudy and smelled off way too strong chemicals. The balcony gave me IMMENSE anxiety.

I honestly would’ve went ahead and left if I was staying more than one night.

The location was very good and I liked having a balcony.

The room could’ve been cleaner. Also the handle was broken off our balcony door when we got to our room and I called the front desk to tell them. They said maintenance would come up to look at it but no one ever came.

Big mistake. Waste of money and dirty.

Room was filthy. Moldy shower. Pubic hair all over bathroom tile and tub. Exhaust fan broken and so filthy I had an asthma attack from allergies to the dust. Shower curtain doesnt reach walls ans causes a flood. Room smelled like smoke. Didnt get what we ordered for breakfast and staff didnt make it right but got rude over a 10% tip. Pool should have been closed for safety reasons and staff ignored those reporting it. Pillow delivered to room with no pillowcases. Over $400 for such a terrible stay is robbery.
