Location and costs
The mattress wasn’t that comfortable! There was no coffee kerigs in the room or complimentary shampoo/conditioner. Also no microwave!

Price and location were convenient
Wouldn’t accept same card I used online. Luckily I had another card or he was going to refund my money and we traveled from chico ca many miles away my family of 6 wouldn’t have had no where to stay. Online didn’t explain I needed another card or anyone else’s IDS luckily we had them. It took a lot longer to check in when we were tired needing to use a restroom after our long travel. I have never had so much trouble at a motel 6 I usually am pleased.Bed uncomfortable. Hot water went out in shower quick. Remote battery was dead asked front desk to replace he switched out with another remote that power and volume button weren’t working. No coffee pot in room tiny fridge couldn’t put my food to go box in it. There was animal poop 2 doors down from our rooms upstairs the whole time. They should be on top of it. It was gross to walk pass and avoid stepping in it.

Staff and housekeeper very nice, I arrived early my room was already cleaned so we were told we could check in early being after driving 6hrs weneeded to rest.
The toilet base was very low made it hard for my knees. No hand rails in shower or toilet area no shower mat, being I have disabilities or coffee maker. The fan in bathroom didn't work. But yes we would rebook again.

I was given room 112 that located in the far corner of the lower floor, the WI-Fi signel in this room is very weak and that prevent it me from accomplishing important work and made me very frustrated.

good location/room is clean and equip with almost everything needed/close to business area/good price
1)No shampoo which is a little surprise 2)no fridge, but it's ok with this price 3)what bothers me the most is a badly damaged car parked in the customer parking area, that car has broken windows, bumpers etc, which gave me very strong impression of security concern for this place.

Great Staff, very helpful. Property is well located. There's a Denny's right outside. Room and bed was very comfy, very spacious and very well setup. Bathroom and vanity was well cleaned. Really appreciate the hardwork everyone does. Thank You all.
The pool looked so tempting, yet was closed temporarily. Wish could use that. Maybe next time.

The whole experience
No room service , No one at the office, electricity went out, working on the pool right next to my room jackhammers and everything, all All and All if I could’ve moved I would’ve checked out then but I pre-paid and I had no choice. I would burn it to the ground
