Welcoming, very clean and easy to access Redwood, Palo Alto

Breakfast cafe convenient as a 'quick stop' for going out early to tourist destinations Good amenities in room and excellent bed linen and size of bed, great sleep. Staff very professional, approachable.

Friendly office. Very clean. Appreciated the fruit-infused water available in the reception area.

Housekeeping was not very efficient— hadn’t finished with cleaning room, replacing towels by midafternoon although I had been gone since morning. Parking was free, but pretty tight spacing b

Comfortable, quiet location with very friendly staff, would definitely stay here again

Its was quiet, the automatic blinders were cool, and they have great breakfasts, theres a pretty cool pancake maker

There are no jetted rooms like the listing says, but definitely worth the stay

GREAT ROOM AND AMENITIES BUT AC NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

The cinnamon rolls were excellent and the choices were very good. We loved the T.V. and the comfort of the bed. Also, the mini appliances were good quality. The room was very nice and comfortable except for the AC.

The Air Conditioner was not very efficient We kept having to turn it up and down because we would either be too cold or too hot. It never stayed on one set temperature. This could actually be a deal breaker for me because I have a medical condition that causes me to be intolerant to heat.

Superb

Front staff both on checking in and checking out were extremely friendly. The breakfast was great. They put cookies out in the evening. Bed was comfortable and room was large. Parking was free underground. There's a great German Hofbrau right across the street. Also a Wendy's and Starbucks.

We were traveling from San Francisco. Our GPS must have had us on all the back roads. Took a long time to reach the hotel from our turnoff to Redwood City. In the morning it was more of a straight shot to the freeway going back to Clovis (Fresno).

Promise not Kept...

Shower pressure

We were assured a top floor by reception. We arrived 2pm check in time was 4pm.we went to eat,returned to hotel,and were informed no top floor rooms were available. Hotel was at less than 50% capacity....yet no top floor rooms?

It was okay , Business trip, I had no big expectations

Location was perfect to walk to the County buildings

Two minor items The in-room coffee maker did not work. At all. There was someone else's food left in the mini-fridge. One larger item Someone was working across the alley to the Southwest at midnight, rattling buckets and a truck or some machinery. I assume that was out of your control , but still annoying

We won't stay here again unless absolutely necessary.

Excellent location for our needs. Breakfast was very good. Room was fairly quiet. Easy access to our room from parking.

Poor lighting and poorly designed layout. Not enough plugs for charging, etc. Less than stellar tv channel selection. The microwave and refridgerator are placed in a dark little closet where the fridge overheats and you can't see the control panel on the microwave without using a flashlight. I asked for a room with a queen bed and we got a room with 2 queen beds. They held a $200 deposit until we checked out which I thought was overkill. The carpet did not feel clean under bare feet. No bedside table on one side of the bed which was weird.

nice room in an okay location with excellent front desk staff

the updates to the hotel were wonderful. the bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were well appointed. the front desk staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful.

the refrigerator in the room did not work and was missing the knob to adjust temp. it took a little detective work to figure out the TV. you had to press the power button on the satellite receiver to activate. the remote did not do this. breakfast service - seemed as if the staff running wanted you out ASAP. the first day of our stay I returned to the breakfast area and was told it was closed - at 9:50a. the signage all indicates 10a as the end of breakfast service. don’t be rude to the guests and provide the service advertised.

overall a comfortable and convenient stay. Good value

breakfast was very good. room size was good. The sofa bed was not that comfortable for our son. The king bed for us was good. location was quiet, being on the top floor, free parking and plenty of room for it.
