Beautiful, clean property with lots

The amenities. Price fix dinner menu, shuttle to beach, pool, Adirondack chairs, very clean, friendly service.

No complimentary coffee or tea in public space. Coffee machine in room is not good for tea drinkers. Would have loved steeped tea with real milk. Went to local deli for early morning tea before heading out for early morning walk.

Beautiful property, great location, close to everything!

Amazing grounds, beautiful rooms, super comfortable beds. Everything was great. Loved the courtesy shuttle to the beach. All staff was amazing!

Great Property ! Close to everything

The property was very clean and had a lot of room to walk around on the grounds. Room was good with comfortable Temperpedic mattress. parking was ample and property is close to Main Street. Room was clean with simple amenities.

I would of enjoyed a microwave, but not a huge issue. overpriced lacking certain items in a $500 Night room.

The location is the best. The hotel is very nice, you can park practically next to any room.

I didn't like the mattress at all, I think it's viscoelastic and for me it's impossible to sleep on that type of mattress, it's a shame because the hotel is very nice, but I don't think I'll return to this hotel because of the mattress.

Great location and comfy bed for my work trip

Location to town was walkable. Quick drive to supermarket and CVS. Had a mini fridge and bed was comfy.

Always would love a hot tub when relaxing at night.

Great hotel in a lovely location

We had a lovely stay, our room was ready early and check in was quick and easy. The hotel is close to the main street and many restaurants.

Great central location in Southampton

Breakfast was decent. Restaurant staff was friendly.

Restaurant service was quick until it was time to get the check, then we waited a while and had to go to the bar to request to pay.

Lovely location

Beautiful well maintained grounds, excellent location, dated rooms but comfortable beds.

1) No Internet connection on all of our 7 friends iPhones…designating an insecure connection, so frustrating at not able to connect. 2) Free Morning Coffee in the lobby has been eliminated. Coffee for purchase is downstairs in the restaurant on the far side of the Inn. 3) Threadbare and rough towels and 1 tiny container of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion for double occupancy. 4) Jet engine loud air conditioners!

Relaxing, comfortable and did not want to leave!

Great location and friendly staff - loved that we could take beach chairs, an umbrella and towels to Coopers beach. Fantastic service and Harry was fabulous

Standard rooms, and accepetable 3 star hotel

Pretty standard inn, the rooms were decent, and totally acceptable.

It was a no frills hotel, I would say it's like a 3 star but totally met our expectations.

Nice quiet holiday hotel, full amenities. Nice swimming pool, close to the beach

I asked for a 2 hour later check out which was not possible due fully booked. But it was able to book a additional room at the reception or through booking. Also I booked another night it would have been possible. So that is a bit strange.

It was a wonderful trip for our family and friends.

Breakfast and lunch was amazing. We always ate at Claude’s. I was very impressed.

Very agreeable garden. Shuttle to Coopers Beach. They provide chairs and umbrellas for the beach.

Poor information given to the guests in the front office. We made a reservation for the hotel's restaurant at the front office, but when we came dining they ignored it.

Very friendly staff. Although not on the beach they give you chairs umbrellas and towels and they provide a shuttle to and from the beach made it so easy
