The staff were kind and welcoming, our stay felt relaxed and enjoyable.

The property felt like a small scale resort. It was clean and has a beautiful outdoor area to eat and relax and swim!

Our only complaint was that our shower/bath has VERY slow drainage.

Good Stay

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff (Chris) was extremely helpful! Seafood buffet restaurant on the property. Breakfast buffet in hotel included.

No elevator (but staff upgraded my parents' room). Key cards are easily demagnetized. My room was next to the ice machine which was loud.

Very good

There was urine all over the toilet. We asked them to come clean it. She wiped the top, leaving urine on the side and the base. I bought wipes and cleaned it myself.

Ehhh it was OK

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Friendly front desk.

I was booked for an ADA room. I didn't have a balcony. The hotel was old, pool was dirty. Not worth $200 a night. They couldn't give me a room with a balcony because they were sold out. We asked for a bell desk. They said my room was close enough that I didn't need it. Kind of weird to say.

Old but well maintained. Front desk check out is antagonizing.

The building and the rooms kinda looks and smells old, but it’s a well maintained kind of old. The bed is comfortable, they have a nice small fitness center and we particularly loved their jacuzzi. Housekeeping is nice and efficient, we requested for additional pillow and blanket and it was delivered to our room in less than 5mins.

Some of the staff that helps guests during breakfast lack customer service skills. The lady at the front desk when we were checking out is not as nice as the ones who welcomed us. We checked out a day early and we’re not really expecting to be refunded for the extra day that we already paid, this seemed to upset the front desk lady that we did not make any arguments for a refund, by her defensive demeanor she’s trying to antagonize us and seems to be soliciting for a complaint, which she didn’t get and that upset her more.

extremely beautiful building. great location. staff was friendly, professional, and courteous. The breakfast was AMAZING. room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave.

there was no elevator to the second floor, but I am a spry 68 year old, and travel only with a backpack, so no trouble!

The beds were way too soft for me! Also: while the breakfast was tasty, the information regarding the omelettes was on a side table- most of the guests didn't even see it! I would have preferred that over the scrambled eggs, though they were quite tasty

Good breakfast, exercise room could use improvement

The best part of this stay was the breakfast! We got omelets and breakfast burritos every day. And they were really good. There was also other hot items. The staff was also very nice.

I like to work out. There were three machines in the exercise room and they all worked. But there were only 25-plus-pound weights. And there was nothing else. No mats. No exercise balls. No dumbells that I could use for my arms. It was clean and the TV worked.

It was too noisy on the bottom floor. You can hear people talking late at night and early in the morning. I definitely will choose the 2nd floor next time around.

Nice exterior, old looking rooms.

The exterior was very pretty and well kept. The breakfast was terrific!

The rooms are antiquated with chipped paint, old carpet, scarred bathtub and had an overall feeling of out dated wear and tear. it reminded me of an old Motel 6.

Peaceful and perfect place to stay

Clean. Excellent breakfast. Order your own omelet or burrito. Great location right near Ronald Reagan library and museum. Really loved the place. Very peaceful. Nice balcony. Nice dining room. Very courteous staff. Close to shopping. This was our favorite place on the whole trip. Would go out of our way to stay here again.
