Big flat screen tv.
No soap or shampoo, door in bathroom wouldn't shut, people next store caused the wall to jump due to impact, needs basic paint, depressing.

An old style motel, remodled, steep steps to outdoor entry room, outside porch and stairwell lights not working.
I was looking for low price, saving $100+ dollars from new motels.
Stairs and no lights were taxing and accident risk.

Very clean and quiet. Great value

I have stayed here several times over the last two years. Nice to see the same friendly lady at the front desk. Quick check-in process (I booked online).
Bus stop in front of motel is handy. Property is very close to parks, river, fairgrounds, ballfields, etc.
Well let's be honest, the room is overpriced, but that's the situation in Durango and we just have to live with it unfortunately. This visit, i experienced yapping dogs in a room nearby and other guests sitting right in front of My Room all evening, seemingly oblivious to other folks around them trying to rest (at $120 plus/ night!)
Rm. 113's bed is worn out- time for a new mattress.
One thin curtain on the ground floor window is inadequate. Need to add a proper shade or a thicker curtain, or both.
Seal on bottom of door is damaged- too much of a gap. Noise from people dumping ice into their coolers early in the morning from the ice machine directly next door is not the way you want to wake up before dawn. Would not stay in 113 again. I have stayed in better rooms at this motel and will insist on one of them next time, if I come back. Best of luck on your needed upgrades.

Liked almost everything
The room was very hot. The aircon didn’t seem to work.

Sehr sauber und sehr gute Ausstattung
Whirlpoolbereich war direkt an der viel befahrenen Straße und daher sehr laut.
Leider war die Eismaschine defekt!

Easy access. Close to what we were doing.
Not as clean as when we sprayed there a couple years ago.

Spacious clean room with kitchen! Laundry facilities and was able to buy Tide single use for $1 and provide change in quarters!
No early check in or flexibility even though room was most likely clean and ready (would not even check if it was ready until 3 pm). Kitchen in room but no silverware or dishes.

Location was nice, close to downtown
Checking in guy was rude would not explain to me how to get my key. Said I should have received email with instructions. My phone battery died so I to charge phone to get email. Also shower in sleeping area was wierd and room very crowded also had to park 4 spaces down from room as someone was parked in front of our room.

The price was cheaper than others around, you pay for what you get.
A few days later my back still hurts from sleeping on the bed, beware of the hot water in the shower… it’s dangerously hot, and it’s loud. If you can sleep thru lots of traffic this is the place for you.

Clean, quiet and mostly updated.
Hot tub wasn't open, one coffee pack.

A spacy room.
The shower space in my room had containers for soap and for shampoo, but both were empty. The Inn is located next to the highway and the noises from it wake you up early.

Bed was old but doable.
New mattress and a bit cleaner. But for the price, it was well worth it.

Excellent decor in the room. It was very cozy.
The room was right by the main road and was noisy from traffic, plus it was easy to hear other people in the rooms next door. I used white noise on my phone to block the noise out.

We wanted to attend Snowdown but didn’t think we had the money to because most hotels raise their rates during the event. I literally just checked for “kicks and giggles”. Used to spending $100-200/night. I was shocked to see the rates. Not fancy but provides what you need.
It’s a good value so really hate to say anything negative. It was fine. Maybe dated and/or had some deferred maintenance but not gross or dirty. I would stay again!

Kurz vorher gebucht, gut zu finden.
Der Preis passt nicht zur Leistung, in der Region und dem Umland bekommt man ähnliche Angebote für die Hälfte vom Preis.

Shower had great water pressure & different settings.
Big refrigerator w/freezer
BIG SCREEN TV -ViZIO
Innkeeper Greg responsive to Housekeeping Requests
Room was ice cold on arrival & took 6 hours to bring Room Temp up to 72 degrees.
Stove; but no utensils or pots & pans
BED was Bowl shaped from usage....rolled to middle all the time.
King Bed was Spring Matt & needs replacement...had to spend 1/2 my time in chair to sleep due to lower back pain.

Nobody was there to get me amd my service dog checked in so i had to leave my dog deposit in a drop box woth hopes I dont get fined. It was party central,a man screaming all night every few minutes that he hayed someone at the top of his lungs..not sire who . I got zero sleep. I left and went to a friends house to get sleep before traveling back to Oklahoma.

Most everything, location super, close to shopping, groceries, etc.
The Adobe Inn is somewhat outdated and the room we had was no where close to the picture on Booking. Com. they have
some wiring problems, noisy air-conditioners, just needs some TLC.

the bed was very comfortable, nice cable TV even though I couldn't figure out how to use HBO. Nice hot tub too.
could use more towels that's all. The smell of the cleaning products wasn't very pleasant.

Room was cozy
Checkout was 11am, however at 10:30am I received a text from my mother that the hotel had called her and was trying to get in touch with me to make sure I was out by 11. I've stayed in over a thousand hotels in my life and never had this happen. I have no idea how they got her number, I'm 42 years old and live in Texas and my mother lives in New Mexico. It was a complete violation of privacy.

No fuss, really simple place for a one-night stay. Ypu get what you pay for.
The hoods looked a bit on the shady side. The night receptionist was not very welcoming although did his work efficiently.
