Overpriced and outdated

The check in staff member was friendly.

This is a very outdated hotel. The room smelled horrible. It was super noisey. The breakfast was very basic. If this room was $99 then it would have been worth it but over $200 was outrageous for this hotel.

Refrigerator wasn't that cold and the microwave turntable didn't fit properly, and microwave meals wouldn't turn for balanced heating.

Honesty.

The 24 hour pool and breakfast were good. The fact that you have everything around you is pretty sweet and convenient.

There was a handful of times I'd say 4-5 times where our key wouldn't open our room or other amenities. Having to mess around with the key/lock for 5 min at a time was awful. Also we found 3 kids toys from previous people staying there. So..... are the rooms really being cleaned? The property somewhat met our expectations.

Nice overnight in this hotel

Nice room, comfortable & very clean. The pool & hot tub were also very nice.

Breakfast wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible either.

disappointed overall and would not use again in my up coming trip to tri-cities area.

lots of hot water & towels ok location

breakfast was very low quality. the eggs, canadian bacon & biscuits & gravy were not good, powdered rarely are. the meat was very salty. wouldn't eat in there second day of stay. first morning there was a dog(s) barking in hallway, early. second morning, the lawn mower guy was at it at 7:22 am another early morning wake up. bed was also broken, made a thump sound when getting into bed, then that side collapsed and sagged.

Great, clean, comfy place to stay

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was fresh & hot and had variety each day. The lady who staffed the breakfast was super kind and friendly and full of great advice for things to do in the area. She remembered us each day and asked about our adventures. She is a gem!

Free breakfast was good and we loved the spa tub in the room.

We were right next to the electrical room, which would have been fine, except there was an intermittent beeping coming from the room. It was loud enough to hear from our room and went all night.

Great breakfast and large room but uncomfortable bed!

I liked the whirlpool tub. It was a bit uncomfortable to be fully submerged but very large and spacious. The breakfast was really good and a large selection. By far the best continental breakfast I have had. The room was large and spacious.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Very firm with not much padding. I think that is what brought the whole rating down. If the bed was softer, it would have been a perfect stay.

stayed there on our way to Oregon. it was a pleasant stay. really liked the staff. would stay there again

it was easy to get to. close to several restaurants and stores. The staff was super friendly and gave great information on places to eat. the lady that was doing the breakfast buffet was super nice and funny. really enjoyed our stay

the tv was harder to work. you had to get off the bed to line up the remote with the reciever in order for it to work. they only had one set of vending machines and the soda machine was full but wouldn’t work. we tried several different ways to pay. not the staff issue it was just annoying

Not a bad place to stay overnight.

Easy access to major thoroughfare with food, gas, personal needs. Great breakfast and room coffee. Things were clean overall.

Furniture needs updating (excluding beds, they were newer and comfortable). New coat of paint in room would be great along with new window trimmings. Missing screen on only window available to open. Main carpets in hallway needed vacuuming badly.

No elevator! We got a room on the third floor. We traveled with 2 young kids and a dog. Having to carry all the belongings and a kid to the third floor was a challenge.
