It was ok for a good nights rest.

Location is great. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was ok. Fruit was old. The communication between the property and booking.com needs to be much better. We tried canceling due to hazard conditions in flagstaff and was told that we should receive an answer within 24-48 hours . Well, we never heard anything at all so we ended up traveling 1 1/2 hours out of the way to get to the hotel. I finally received a message through the App the day we checked out.

2nd time staying here. Breakfast was excellent!

Bed was very comfortable.

Remote for TV wasn’t working properly. Shower by pool not working. Soap dispenser in shower was hard to use, it should have been installed to the rear of the tub.

Quiet location

Clean, quiet and away from most stores and such so you can relax.

Breakfast was ok, not that great. Old people kept staring, but that's not the hotel's fault.

The facilities were clean and the staff great.

They had computer issues and informed when I checked out my credit card had been denied. They figured it out that it was their system. Bed is too high. I'm 5'3 and my husband is 6'. We have short legs and both had to jump onto the bed. Also needs more comfortable seating in the room.

Comfortable bed which is quite important if you are travelling long distance and only stop to get rest.

Room's temparature was way too low. It took some time to warm it up.

The location was well centered for our trip to Vegas from the Bay Area.

Great except for key system was not working.

Breakfast was good. room was comfortable.

They could not make our keys until the morning after we arrived. This was the hotel's fault, not the desk clerk's. If you're going to change the system, at least provide someone to deal with the problems that arise.

Very nice stay in Tehachapi, CA

Clean, roomy, larger refrigerator than expected. Liked soap and shampoo dispensers.

Check took too long. I had to submit my card for payment for 2 rooms at least 6 times. My name for rewards was incorrect. It still may be incorrect. I am supposed to check it.

Carpets and upholstery were clearly stained. A rude/ unfriendly house keeping staff. No one was at the front desk in the morning. Looks like house keeping staff was also working front desk.

We were not happy with the front desk employees or the lack of cleanliness of the Hotel entrance.

We liked having a refrigerator in a room.

The front Hotel employees are not friendly! They don’t look up and greet you. I had to greet them first, always. There attitude is poor towards the customer! She wasn’t friendly and did not communicate to me while checking us in or out! The front entrance was dirty! The front door rug was very dirty and the trash can was spilling over on the sidewalk. Also the garbage can had liquid that was running out from the bottom of it onto the sidewalk and leaving stains. The pedestal ashtray was very nasty! It had tobacco stains running out of it on too the sidewalk and was dirty and full. We also stayed there two weeks earlier and it was the same dirty entrance. Not a clean look for a Hotel. The elevator rug was stained and dirty! The coving in the Hotel was dirty in areas. Over all we don’t feel that we will be staying there again!
