I would recommend this place to stay at, it is nice clean and the staff was friendly

The location is very nice and lively, and conveniently across from a shopping center and from restaurants

The only thing I’d like differently is bigger pillows other than that the hotel was amazing

State Fair Weekend

The room was a nice sized room. We had a balcony, and the weather was perfect to enjoy it! We attended the NC State Fair, which wasn't too far from the hotel. The bathroom was spacious. There was a refrigerator and microwave.

I liked the location .

Coming in the lobby carpet needs cleaning. I walk with a cane because of back problems and knees. I requested a handicap room in which I set up with booking.com they said it was just a regular room she said it wasn’t there. Oh and the luggage carrier was like a small triangle my luggage fell off so let’s not forget I had my walking cane and a purse. I had to stop and pick my luggage up finally I got to my room after that long walk. I walked again for water the ice was on the 2nd or 6th floor all depends if one doesn’t the other 1 does that’s what the desk attendant said. My room was all the way in the back on the 1st floor to the escape door because of fire I was suppose to be on a higher floor because of I signed up for a handicap room. Finally I settled down and went to cut on the tv and there was no remote so I called front desk again so she did bring it up. I will not if I can help it stay there again since then I have moved there because I like Raleigh I went there to check on some property’s was reason for my trip . Also I went down to get some water, chips etc. I had to ask for a bag customer service isn’t the greatest I asked for a plate and utensils it was at night they told me I would have to go to the dinning area to get it. I walked down the long hall again went in it was no light only from lobby so I looked no plates I opened up the cabinet plates I had to open this big pack of plates dig my hand in utensils and I thought that was weird. Needs improvement and so does booking.com need to better their information.😡😡😤

If I gta say what’s the best thing, I’d say the shower

Loved the shower. Bed was very comfortable. Nice tv. Balcony was nice even tho it rained so we couldn’t use it much.

Elevators are a bit small in my opinion. Had to ride with 5-6 other people which made it tight and pretty hot. Haven’t received my $100 deposit back yet though. We cleaned the room before we left to insure we got it back.

Bathtub looked like it had damage with a questionable stain on the tub floor, bed sheets had some stains as well, elevator felt like it wanted to give out every time you entered or exited.

Dissapointing!

The bathroom was very small, along with the room! For the price it was not a good value. There was not anything memorable about the property. We moved the next day to the Hilton Garden Inn.

I would definitely consider staying here my next visit to Raleigh NC.

The facility was nice, neat and clean. Loved the full breakfast bar.

I always love visiting my hometown. This visit was just as nice. My only issue with my stay was one encounter I had with an agent at the desk. She was a dark skin lady with burgundy/red hair. I asked her about the Wi-Fi code and she gave me a look as if I was bothering her then she said with a horrible tone, It’s on your key card.. as if she couldn’t just say Crabtree. Other than that the other staff members were wonderful.

Good quick trip Hotel :)

For the price point this was a overall good hotel. I travel for work & this was a last minute booking, but was pleasantly surprised! Also in a great location for Starbucks, Dollar Tree & Walmart which is always handy!

Parking is limited and very tight. breakfast provided was okay… 6 out of 10

One of the best most affordable, clean hotels I have been in Raleigh

clean facility, free breakfast in the staff was very nice

everything about the place was amazing. I was very impressed, especially how clean the only complaint I have, which is not the hotels fault is the noisy neighbors at two 3 o’clock in the morning which of course it is not the hotels fault just the party animals.🤣
