We didn't stay, and with their policy won't in the future.

Actually we were unable to stay at the Craig Super 8, as they have a policy of "no locals". We live 45 miles away in Steamboat Springs, which is considered local. This should be made known to people, prior to check-in. This happened to us.

The bed was decent

Very run down. Exterior very shabby. Unkempt. Poor breakfast options. Room was fairly run down.

Bath tub was slippery. Handle bar would have been nice for safety.

Good location although Google misdirects the exact address to farther down the highway; it's accurate if you search the hotel name. Well-lit parking outside the motel. Room was large.

Breakfast very minimal. Thin walls and loud heating unit fan may bother light sleepers. Run down overall but an ok stay.

If at all possible, we won't stay there again.

It was close to the Hayden, CO airport.

It was dirty and run down. The breakfast was terrible - the coffee was empty; there were no knives or napkins or cold water. Muffins, oatmeal and waffles were the only choices. Our room smelled clean, however - the top bed sheet was stained or dirty; the fridge didn't work (at checkout we were told we had to have the light switch by the door on...who would know that!); the water in the shower was backwards (cold was hot & hot was cold); the ceiling and wall in the shower looked like it could fall at any time.

Exceptional

Breakfast was either muffins, waffle or instant oatmeal.... deep winter yet the room was warm when we got there!

the coffee maker, the drain hole would "clog" and not drain everything so when you went to empty the pod, it sloshed all over and got a light burn the first time. It still did this every time, so you had to make 2 cups to get 1 cup of coffee,

Good experience for a short stay but breakfast was lacking.

Location was good. Breakfast was marginal. Much less than selection previous stays.

Hallways were not very clean. Room was nice; clean and beds were comfortable and clean

The sheets and towels were clean.

It felt neglected. The staff we met were disengaged. We felt the contract we signed on for was broken as the bath/shower facet didn’t work and was pulling out of the wall. As camping travellers stopping at an inn, the shower/bath is 50% of what we stop for. I reported to the front desk that Room 115 had a broken bath/shower handle.

It was everything I had expected from reading the other reviews. I would stay again.

It was located close to what I needed. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

It is a bit run down and could use a face lift.

Great staff, value and comfortable room, but property run down.

Staff were all super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic with limited options, but was fine for my purposes.

The condition of the property overall is very run down. Needs paint, new carpeting and redecorating throughout.

the room was a good size and parking was easy

it was really tired, worn carpet, busted driveway, toilet blocked and had to use staff toilet. every in common areas very scuffed and worn. smelly rubbish bins right by entrance door
