All the staff from check in to check out were excellent and very nice. They were very friendly and the best.
The whole hotel needs a very major renovation. Our room only had one light that worked in bed area Other light switches did not work. Room ac was not very good . It was 108 outside and our room was moderately cool . Swinging door lock on room was missing other piece on door to lock it. Very few tv channels. Maybe 15 channels to watch on low quality tv .Room door for bathroom and hall door had a ton of scratches like a dog tried to paw thru it. All furniture is outdated and scratched up and carpets are wore out. Doors into hotel are not locked and there's no security getting into building from anyone off the street at night Everything here is wore out and needs replaced. The bedding was clean and we were tired. I think the staff does a excellent job with a hotel that's needs everything. If you need a place to sleep with clean bedding and that's all you care about you will be happy. If not do not stay here. No pool, no nothing. Just old tired hotel.

Beds were comfortable and bedding and towels clean. Room and bathroom were clean. Washing machine worked. Receptionist was charming and helpful. Price was low.
Pool was closed, empty and dirty. Whether or not there was a pool was unclear online. Why is it closed? I was looking forward to a swim after a long hot drive. The ice-makers near our room were empty and off. One near reception worked. Vending machines were out of order. A back door stained with the dirt of a hundred hands (are we still bothered about Covid transmission?) was propped open with a stone so security was poor. Anyone could enter the motel via the car park and not have to go through the lobby. Carpet on the staircase nearest our room was dirty. Emergency evacuation lights need repair in places.

I was planning on staying there, then at the last min, I get told there is no pool. My son was looking forward to swimming, so I had to scramble and find another location. The staff was kind on the phone though.
Speak up about the non pool while booking .

Close proximity to Yosemite
Very poor condition. It should not be rented out in this condition. Floors are filthy, everything needs redone. Nothing worked, pool partially drained, green water and closed, soda machine, ice machine also not working... The place was a total wreck. I could not sleep there. It needs to be closed and completely renovated.

That felt like a crack house with the drunk people running up and down the hallways. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were thin, the pillows were dirty. Would not recommend, I was traveling with children. NOPE!

I stay here once a year overnight for a run because it’s close and convenient to the shuttle pickup. It’s also more affordable than the other properties in the area. Additionally, check in is easy and the staff is always nice. Rooms are always clean and the property is quiet.
I keep hoping the rooms will be updated, especially with the name change. I did not love that my room door was questionable at best as the lock was completely broken off. Still no breakfast because of covid, which at this point is just silly since so many grab & go items exist.

Very clean room everything we needed was there. There was plenty of parking. The folks you check in and out with were very kind. Had zero issues.
After reading some bad reviews I was a little worried about staying here. I talked a little to the guy when checking out and told him that. He said they're under new ownership as of a year or so. I'll stay here again next year if I run the Yosemite half marathon again.

The location.
the door to the room had to be lifted to latch shut. The refrigerator wasn’t plugged in, when I plugged it in it didn’t cool. The shower head sprayed all over the place and the beds were awful.

The staff was very friendly.
The room was very dirty. There was a used crack pipe left in our “clean” cleanex dispenser from the last hotel guests that was not disposed of and there was nobody to clean our room during our stay. It was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. We left early because it was not clean.

Staff indifferent attitude; unmasked, dogs behind desk, unresponsive to desk bell.
Dirty hall carpets, smelled of disinfectant.

Paid to mutch for what we got. Rooms outdated
