The room was clean, and staff members were friendly.
The walls were paper thin, and you can hear everything!! The pillows felt like lumpy rocks.

It was clean. Staff was friendly. Shuttle for airport was prompt.

The room was filthy and the sheets were stained. Red sauce was on outside of the microwave and on the curtains. The remote was duct taped and had hair stuck to it. The blow dryer was so sticky with goo I had to use a washcloth to hold it. I will never stay at a Quality Inn
again. When checking out, there was no one manning the front desk. We stood there for about 10 minutes until we tracked him down in the breakfast area.

Absolutely nothing. It was filthy, loud, and I felt extremely unsafe. There were people everywhere around every door either doing drugs or smoking and I watched a person trying to break into cars and also saw people having sex in a vehicle in the parking lot.
Everything.

the pool and breakfast
The room smelled of cigarettes, it was a bit outdated, and we found a bug of some kind (looked like a bed bug)

Nothing, this hotel is ran by drug addicts. The receptionist at the front desk had sores all over her face, couldn't barely speak or keep her eyes open. Her eyes where rolling in the back of her head and her speech was slured. I was scared to stay at this hotel because of this and the other people coming in and out of the hotel. There are alot of drug addicts in this place, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here sadly.
The bed was so uncomfortable and the floor in the hotel room was stained. I stayed there for 3 nights and no one came to clean my room. The mat in the bathtub was coming up and because of that I slipped and fell in the bathtub.

The hot tub was brand new it looked like, staff was also friendly!
beds are a little hard, but I honestly enjoyed our stay!

Filthy nasty dirty smells like stale cigarettes in the rooms. Wouldn't walk without shoes on the nasty old dirty carpet. Please don't stay here I am warning u it's is not sanitary.

Breakkfast?
The sheets were dirty and stained. We asked to be changed and were sent to the room next door. Bedding on one bed was also stained and dirty. We ended up both sleeping in one bed.

It was in a convenient location.
The bathtub has a no slip mat that had mold on it.

Nice front deskperson. My friends room facing away from highway seemed cleaner
The area felt a little sketchy. My bed was clean, carpet was dated and felt dirty room smelled of possible bug repellent. Power went out, not hotels fault but let's just say it wasn't feeling like the safest, cleanest environment

First room reeked of cigarette stench. Second room had air conditioner on floor in pieces. By the third room we noticed soiled state of carpet and asked for refund. We received our money back and went to a different hotel.

The guy at the front desk was nice. He let me check in early. The shuttle to the airport was on time.
The carpets throughout were stained. The room was dark and smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpet was stained and had 2 burn marks from the iron on it. The bedspread was stained. The sheets were stained. The window faced the freeway and the traffic was incredibly loud all night long due to the old window glass. The chair in the room looked like it was picked up on the side of the road. The bathroom was so tiny, that I had to back into the toilet to shut the door. The bathroom sink was so low I had to crouch to wash my face. The shower head was shoulder height, (for reference, I am 5'9")

It could have been cleaner in the areas outside the rooms. My room was clean!

I liked how quiet the place was! The staff was friendly!
It felt like there was limited parking.

Unlike the Motel Six I was in things worked. The TV had more than three channels. The shower actually worked. The bed was comfortable. And the internet service was very, very much better. Of course the motel cost more. But seemed worth the price.
The "full" breakfast was mundane. Variety consisted of one day Biscuits and Gravy, the next eggs and sausage. With a do it yourself waffle maker. Could have used some cereal to break the pattern. The motel was right next to the highway so auto/truck noise was more than noticeable.

The one star is for the front desk attendant. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly at 1am when we arrived. The proximity and late night Airport shuttle was nice and the sheets seemed clean.
It was easily the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in some random places. I don't think any of the common areas have been vacuumed since before the pandemic. Our smoke detector in the room had black tape all over it. There was no elevator, which is fun with heavy baggage and a ski bag. And the carpets in our room were gross. The outlets were loose and sketchy. I don't recommend anyone staying there. For the same $120 im sure you can find a nicer hotel with an airport shuttle.

Staff was very nice and accommodating
