The location was good.
Staff was rude, they charge $13 for a towel, the bathroom in the master had no doors. I will never stay here again!!!!

Great location. The facilities were very nice. The staff was pleasant at check in. The one bedroom villa had almost everything we needed during our stay plus it was great to have a washer/dryer combo in our unit. We loved the outdoor pool area with the BBQ grill. Parking was never an issue. We liked that this resort wasn’t tied into a timeshare presentation. No sales pitches.
The kitchen didn’t come with a fry pan or pizza pan otherwise the kitchen was equip. Bathroom set up was a bit cramped with the sink and toilet across from each other. The building was a bit noisy. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear the people above us slamming doors and being loud.

The pictures online made us a little nervous just because they weren’t the best and everything seemed pretty dated. Which is fine, we weren’t expecting anything extravagant for our family vacation. The rooms were huge and very clean! We felt very comfortable as a family of 6 staying in 1 room. The pool was nice so the kids had a good time there.
I can’t think of anything, it far exceeded what we were expecting! Definitely would stay here again, this was our 1st trip to Branson so we liked being close to everything but also not in the middle of everything.

The proximity
Was very close to most things, There was a gentleman at the front desk by the name of Caesar, I believe that was very courteous and helpful. He should be commended even though I had problems. He was very courteous in trying to help.
The master bedroom was connected to a bathroom without a door. This was unacceptable. I have never been to a hotel. That does not have doors to the bathrooms. The hallway bathroom did have a door. I think that is Something that should be revealed before the booking and it is a deceptive practice. I have never been to a resort that could not afford to put doors on the bathrooms. I Feel like I was CHEATED and taken advantage of. I did take my complaint to the MANAGEMENT. she said there was nothing that she could do about it.

You need doors for the bathroom in the master suite. No one wants to use a restroom w/o a door!!!

The decorating of the villa wasn’t very good There were large bunches of greenery and flowers that looked dated and in disarray. They were a distraction and need to bf ttplaved. The master bath was exceptional.

Great location. Not bad size of place.
*To small of closet couldn't put all our hanging close in it had to use the shower curtain rod to hang things on. Also there wasn't enough drawers for our stuff. I had to live out of my suit case which had to stay in the floor because there was no were else to put it. Which then caused there to be no space at the foot of the bed. So bedroom was a bit to small.
*The shower head and faucet plates were not securely fastened on.
*The carpets were dirty they had stains on them so did the curtain handing over the patio doors.
Otherwise everything was good. It meet most our needs these were only mine things.

Lots of big, open space. Fit 6 of us perfectly. Nice to have a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer.
Some of the areas in the bathrooms had not been cleaned recently. Saw some ants on kitchen floor. The staff gave us attitude about extra towels. We stayed 4 nights but were only given one box of laundry detergent, which we had already used to do our personal laundry. When I asked for more towels on day 3, the staff gave me attitude that we were expected to wash our own towels since we had a washer/dryer in unit, and that usually they charge for extra towels. It would have been nice to have been told this up front so we could plan accordingly. We also only got one package of coffee. Office had very limited hours so was not easy to get more.
