Everything was very nice
The only thing I didn’t like was that you had to give your bank card in order to redeem your credit that was given for example I was told that I was given a credit to spend for a promotional bonus but I could only pick up the things I selected if I had my card to show so I wasn’t able to get my free items ☹️

It was ok just outdated from the pictures advertised
The rooms were dirty, some sheets had yellow stains on it, and few cockroaches in our room 432 on the 4th floor lights were not working properly, one of the beds was in bad shape and so uncomfortable it was looking like it was about to fall apart. On the other room 342 on the third floor the lamps and some outlets didn’t work the place just needs maintenance.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 elementary aged children). The amenities were amazing! Water slides, hot tubs, lazy rivers, indoor and outdoor pool. Giant chess and checkers, tabletop games, mini golf, beach access, tiki bar, vending machines, restaurants... Etc.
We had a double deluxe. The room was surprisingly roomie! Private bedroom with two beds and a TV and closet, long hallway, washer and dryer, kitchen with oven, dishwasher, sink, full fridge, microwave. Living room with a Murphy bed and pull out sofa, TV and small dining table. Private balcony with view of the ocean. Long Hall with washer and dryer in room. Large bathroom.
All staff we encountered was nice and went above and beyond.
The room definitely needed updates .I believe these are all privately owned condos. We were in room 635. There were areas of water damage /cracking in paint, broken moulding, Murphy bed had a loose screw, pull out sofa has a spring missing so it was unusable.
*WI-FI ... I work remotely and the Wi-Fi was really bad at this hotel. I had to use the hot spot on my phone to work.
Smart TVs had Netflix... Etc but movies constantly buffeted.. It was definitely an issue

I loved everything..
Nothing

Cockroach 🪳 in the bedroom at night. Some of the facilities were outdated and some areas of the bedroom were not totally clean.

My family enjoyed the indoor waterpark, pools, hot tubs and all the fun activities throughout the day. The movie night, the glow party and day party was awesome. The children loved that! Walking distance right onto the beach. The restaurant’s food was so good.
The only thing I didn’t like was our room door kept getting stuck when trying to enter and the balcony door was hard to pull open.
4.3
oceanfront
close to restaurants
Staff was unfriendly.
Had a few issues in room- palmetto bugs in room, tv wouldn’t work, phone worked half the time. Reported issues multiple times.
Last night here- tv still doesn’t work, phone is horrible to try to make calls to get any assistance.
4.3
Activity area sucks. Pool tables were very worn only had 1 pool stick. Ping pong area is to close to the door and pool. Need more activities for families during this time of year through out the day
Everything else was great
4.3
I liked everything overall
There were basketball courts in the pool
4.3
Beach wasn't a huge walk. Safe and secure
The bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder, and the remote was not for the TV. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were stained, and the blanket was paper thin. Could not use any of the amenities because there were too many people for the ones available
4.3
The property is in a good central location.
This property is not very handicap friendly. There are floors with no ramps or wheelchair access. I know this is a family resort but it should be more accessible.
4.3
Location is great, we had everything we needed.
Only one thing was kind of disappointing, the cleanliness. When we came, the room was kind of dusty, even after cleaning, the bed looked like it was not done by professional, only blankets were kind of fixed, the pillows looked messy; but the floor was dusty . We did not have small kids and did not do a mess, but it was kind of disappointing. It would be nice if they just mopped the floor.

We loved it! The Halloween festivities were especially fun!

Location
Very loud. Uncomfortable bed/pillow. No water pressure. The balcony door almost broke my finger
4.3
Waterpark and location were great
Beds were hard resturant was overpriced and I got a bad rash from being in the pool

Everything was pleasing

Water park, pools, and beach set up are perfect for families with young children. The kids were thoroughly worn-out by dinner time each day. We will be back for future family trips. Highly recommend for families with toddlers, etc.
Eating options in walking distance are limited to the 2 restaurants within the hotel. Decent for lunch or a casual dinner but expensive for the type of food offered. Watch out for the concierge, they don't work for the resort and will offer you discounts on activities in exchange for attending time share meetings.

Most Everything
Wish there were covered walk ways between both tower pool areas

We absolutely loved all the amenities included with the resort! So many fun things and on-site activities for kids! The rooms were also super spacious and very clean.
There was limited handicap parking. Key card entry to get into some gates can be a little inconvenient, especially when going and coming from the beach or pools.
4.3
It was close to alot of fun activities. The hotel also had alot to offer. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
The cards were a bit to get used to
4.3
the property was very nice and clean

water parks were good for all ages

Everything,,, it was great.
We was riding a motorcycle pulling a trailer. I was not allowed to park my trailer there. Had to park it at another location 4 miles away.
4.3
Everything. The room, parks, staff & whole place was very nice.
There was one male staff member in particular who made me feel rather uncomfortable when he asked me 2 times in the same conversation, 2 different ways, it my child and I were staying by ourselves.

Pool
Size of room
We've stayed maybe 7 times. This was first time bed was horrible. Beside our door had a dirty rag and cigarette butt.
4.3
This is an exceptional hotel! Very well maintained resort in an excellent location! Great parking garage and staff were very friendly and helpful! Had a issue with our room at check in, however Alema (manager) made it right. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone!
Only thing about the room was, that our beds were very hard and one was broken. Would definitely recommend bringing your own portable bed topper!!
4.3
Everyone was friendly. Pools and hot tubs great. Access to ocean great. Easy access to stores and all entertainment.
The rooms had a problem with palmetto bugs and cockroaches.
4.3
the unit had plenty of space and the kids loved the pool. We actually had housekeeping (something I haven’t seen in a very long time) so we had our towels refreshed daily as well as the trash taken out.
The property was kinda dirty. When exiting the elevator on the 4th floor it smelled like someone spilled sour milk. We couldn’t go barefoot in our room because the floors were so dirty they turned our feet black.
4.3
Plenty of room for our grandchildren and us.
One of the waterparks was closed for renovations.
4.3
great location! close enough to everything
water parks and pools are run down, kinda gross. some areas were closed down/broken
