My family and I really enjoyed every moment of our stay
Everything was very nice
The only thing I didn’t like was that you had to give your bank card in order to redeem your credit that was given for example I was told that I was given a credit to spend for a promotional bonus but I could only pick up the things I selected if I had my card to show so I wasn’t able to get my free items ☹️

It was ok, but we tried to enjoy as much as we could and not look at the bad side of our stay
It was ok just outdated from the pictures advertised
The rooms were dirty, some sheets had yellow stains on it, and few cockroaches in our room 432 on the 4th floor lights were not working properly, one of the beds was in bad shape and so uncomfortable it was looking like it was about to fall apart. On the other room 342 on the third floor the lamps and some outlets didn’t work the place just needs maintenance.

Would definitely stay again in a different room!
We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 elementary aged children). The amenities were amazing! Water slides, hot tubs, lazy rivers, indoor and outdoor pool. Giant chess and checkers, tabletop games, mini golf, beach access, tiki bar, vending machines, restaurants... Etc. We had a double deluxe. The room was surprisingly roomie! Private bedroom with two beds and a TV and closet, long hallway, washer and dryer, kitchen with oven, dishwasher, sink, full fridge, microwave. Living room with a Murphy bed and pull out sofa, TV and small dining table. Private balcony with view of the ocean. Long Hall with washer and dryer in room. Large bathroom. All staff we encountered was nice and went above and beyond.
The room definitely needed updates .I believe these are all privately owned condos. We were in room 635. There were areas of water damage /cracking in paint, broken moulding, Murphy bed had a loose screw, pull out sofa has a spring missing so it was unusable. *WI-FI ... I work remotely and the Wi-Fi was really bad at this hotel. I had to use the hot spot on my phone to work. Smart TVs had Netflix... Etc but movies constantly buffeted.. It was definitely an issue

Cockroach 🪳 in the bedroom at night. Some of the facilities were outdated and some areas of the bedroom were not totally clean.

It was overall great and my family will definitely be back to stay.
My family enjoyed the indoor waterpark, pools, hot tubs and all the fun activities throughout the day. The movie night, the glow party and day party was awesome. The children loved that! Walking distance right onto the beach. The restaurant’s food was so good.
The only thing I didn’t like was our room door kept getting stuck when trying to enter and the balcony door was hard to pull open.

I wouldn’t do it again- Booking changed me almost double what the resort and another app would have. it’s my mistake but
oceanfront close to restaurants
Staff was unfriendly. Had a few issues in room- palmetto bugs in room, tv wouldn’t work, phone worked half the time. Reported issues multiple times. Last night here- tv still doesn’t work, phone is horrible to try to make calls to get any assistance.

Over all great stay
Activity area sucks. Pool tables were very worn only had 1 pool stick. Ping pong area is to close to the door and pool. Need more activities for families during this time of year through out the day
Everything else was great
