I loved the 4 post wooden king bed, large TV, clean bathroom, and balcony view.
The noise from the interstate can be something to reckon with. If you're a light sleeper, it could be an issue.

Loved how IHOP was right next door.
The bathrooms are extremely outdated

My rooms (joined) were very nice and the location was great.
The bathrooms had no hot water at all.

Our room had NO hot water. We had to change rooms the next day and settle for two queens instead of our king. The rooms have little to no electrical outlets. The beds have the small pillows. No breakfast.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean.
There was no hot water in the restroom at all. The price was not worth it. Over rated

The bed, the fridge were fine.
Old, dirty rugs in elevator, paint wearing off on doors to rooms and in parts of rooms such as bathroom. Got off the elevator and the whole floor smelled like weed. A housekeeping worker, at least I hope attempted to enter my room without knocking way before check-out. I was in the bathroom and called out “hello?” as the door made a loud noise when pushed because the bar on the door prevented it from being fully opened. When I came out I could see the bar had moved, I think because they switched my room the person must have not been informed and thought it was empty. They book rooms and then tell you they aren’t available when you get there, I experienced that my first night, I was booked for king balcony and told there were no single rooms only doubles and then when I checked out I worked with front desk to ensure I was assigned a room on the night I would return, and still ended up in another room. This time I was told hot water wasn’t working in balcony rooms and fourth floor under construction. But when I pointed out all my issues from the first stay suddenly there were some rooms where the hot water was working quicker than the 20-30 minutes in other rooms. I also watched them tell another guest they didn’t have a room they booked with a story. Rather than trying to be apologetic and see if there was a way to compensate for the issues, I instead got the front desk person asking, “You had all that happen and you booked again?” It was not a booking I could cancel without being fully charged, so it was either cough up more money or hope for the best and they get it right the second time, which was worse then the first. There was also a huge argument, yelling and cursing in a group of girls upon waking up the first morning and it spilled into the hallway, when I brought this up the front desk had no idea it had happened.

Balcony on room
Door stop on room door. It kept falling down.

Easy access to rooms inside. Named rooms on door. Small laundry room to wash clothes. Not too expensive machines. Little later checkout of 11, unlike some that are 10. Since we checked in late just to get a good night rest before traveling again. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice towels and linens very clean it had no odd odors in the room. The 24 IHOP was a plus next door. But you could smell it in the hallways when leaving.
The pillows were flat and lumpy. But it looked like they were that way because they had been washed so much. So thats a good thing. Some of the other visitors were disruptive, dramatic, and yelling at each other. But staff was quick to tell them to stop. Air could have been working a little cooler. We had it as low as it could go and still didn't feel the cool we like for sleeping. No vent in bathroom so it got really hot in there. Needed to leave the door open in the room to be comfortable for a long shower

Convient. For a fee, was allowed to check in early after an arduous trip.
No hot water. Was not informed that work was being done. No consideration!
Someone smoking on the floor kept setting off fire alarm for way to long a period of time at night!
4.5 / 5.0
The location was very accessible to restaurants and shopping. It's also right off of the highway, which was wonderful. Staff was friendly and accommodated people with special needs.
The only concern was the breakfast variety. I know the hotel is connected to a restaurant and doesn't want to compete. Offering yogurt as well would have been nice.
