Nice staff outdated hotel over priced!

The staff was polite.

The room smelled like dirty feet! The heater rattled when in use. Very disruptive to our sleep. The bottles in the shower and bath area were dirty dusty and had hair on them. The shower had visual mold . Very outdated, small room and disappointing.

My stay was good plus breakfast but I would have been happier if the inn was updated and on trend.

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, the bed and pillows were wonderful and parking was fine.

The Inn could use some renovation and updates.

Awful

We got in late expecting to rest to a stained bed and non-working AC at midnight. We had to check out the same night, 30mins after check in and find a different hotel. It was very stressful to land one since it’s graduation season and we had to commute to Connecticut . Did not get in till 2:30am in Old Greenwich at an amazing hotel

Would not return.

Close to convention venue Staff was nice, but they did seem understaffed and they just did their basic jobs.Nothing special.

Weird smells Extremely dated In need of painting and repairs Room needing cleaning Unmentionable hair in bathroom Toothpaste on bathroom mirror Stains on bathroom door Heating and cooling unit extremely dusty Breakfast was poor. Eggs terrible, sausage worse. Can’t eat bread but was told bagels were ok. Location unfortunately has high level of road noise.

Bad bad

I had to change rooms at midnight from unruly guests above me. After 1/2 hour the staff finally told them to be quiet, but they were still noisy, so we changed rooms. Awful night.

Highly recommended choice for family or individual stay. Great location

It met all our expectations. Clean rooms, friendly and professional staff each visit. This is our second stay coming to New York area.

Notice some of the furniture in eating area needs attention. Excessive wear/ torn seating.

Other Hampton Inns have been more rewarding.

Had a great time with most convenient necessities, loved the mini fridge

Nice to have a good breakfast provided. Located in close proximity to my family whichi was visiting. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

location was great. property is old and aged. public areas not bad but halls and rooms are worn out.

Reported the air conditioner in our room screamed at the end of every cycle. Hall carpet was covered with a white powder substance for two days. was advised by front desk person that a pet had urinated on that floor and they were supposed to have cleaned it Thursday night. Reported it on Friday am. We believe it was insect related. shower curtain rod is straight so curtain sticks to you. Couch is dirty. very few hangers in room.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Excellent location for the purpose of my visit.

We stayed here 3-4 times pre pandemic and we’re used to the above missing amenities.

The room was clean

The microwave, the iron and ironing board and the bathroom mirror were all removed. To get a microwave we would have had to pay $15 more. No newspaper

Pleasant

The staff were courteous, helpful, and polite. The breakfast was very good. The price was a little high.

The bed was the worst. Not only did you immediately sink into the middle but the mattress cover and fitted sheet seemed to small, both kept coming of the mattress. I thought the room was on the small size.

Room is run down. Bathroom toilet almost touched the ground and the seat is small. The TV constantly goes out and the room I believe is like the room that things go to die.(406)

Slept very comfortably.

I have stayed with you before and found the facilities and location perfect. I would stay again. Coffee 24/7 is wonderful. I didn't have breakfast ala carte but was told the eggs were imitation and left something to be desired.

I booked with an agent and there was some confusion about my 2nd day's stay. It was rectified at check-out but it had already been handled with my booking agent prior to our arrival and we were disappointed to have to resolve the issue again at the site.
