We love the location. It is quiet and no one bothers anyone. We love the cleanliness of the rooms. Especially the value.
We reserved a King Suite for the king bed especially. My wife and I were looking forward to enjoying a king suite since we love the regular rooms. Love staying here and will continue to. One more thing, no ice machine...we had to bother you for ice last time. Just a lil inconvenience.

The size of the room is fantastic the room is clean nice little kitchen area
They need to clean the carpet. They also need to replace the shower head there's like three streams of water coming out of it

the room was very clean. the property i heard is under new ownership and that is why i think the hotel was very clean. the lady at the front desk was very nice. small hotel so not a lot of guests which was great.
hotel came with a kitchen but no cooking pans to cook with or any dishes like plates or forks. there were also some guest that live there i think that were kind of annoying but really didn't bother us too much. also the hotels shampoo and soap could have been better but we just went out and bought our own.

The manager was very nice, but ...
I had made reservations 2 weeks or so prior. When I pulled up I was told I couldn't check in because of a plumbing problem. She (The mgr) offered to put me up in the "Super 8." Seriously? Instead I was sent to another property they own--The Havasu Sands. A dump. (Most everything in town was booked due to Spring Break).
Just wish I could have received a phone call before I arrived, then I could have stayed a 2nd night in a much better property at 60% of the price!

A phenomenal room. I stay there every time I'm in Lake Havasu

It was quiet and the water was hot when needed.
The room over all was not taken care of. Towel rack kept falling down. Chair at the table came apart. You could see evidence of cleaning and where spots were missed both in the main room and in the bathroom shower. Outside looked partially like a salvage yard especially through the gate leasing to the back

Clean, friendly. I like that it’s tiled floors—not carpet.
AC was not turned on ahead of time. I pulled in at 1am and it was 93 degrees outside, it was very uncomfortable and could not go to sleep. Hot, hot, hot in the room.
I tried calling earlier in evening to let them know I’d be in late but no one answered.
The bed was uncomfortable including the sheets.
I came here because of the high rating and needed a comfy place to crash.
The sink space area was very small and the sink backed up.
The high rating threw me off. I should have gone with another place. More disappointed with booking.com.

I went for a weekend trip (I’m from California) and I found the place so charming. Everything was very clean and the staff was so sweet at check in. It’s a 3 minute drive away from the lake and the main shopping center is only a few streets north. There’s also a Starbucks nearby which is nice (: our room had AC on the whole time & it had a little kitchen with a fridge to keep food/drinks cold. I would personally book again & I definitely recommend.
