Un merveilleux hôtel de charme à Providence

La gentillesse du personnel qui nous a offert des bouteilles d’eau à l’arrivée. La beauté de l’immeuble ( lobbys, chambres, couloirs). La situation géographique

Le petit déjeuner un peu onéreux avec assez peu d’options alternatives autour de l’hôtel

When I come back to Providence, I’ll stay here again.

Staff was fantastic, and it was evident they cared about their guests. The location couldn’t have been better.

Wish the complimentary breakfast was daily.

The room was small but very comfy, the hotel looks very nice and the location is quite good especially if you wanna go on foot

Passable

Upon arrival, the person at the desk was very rude. I explain to him that we had requested early check-in and had been approved. He replied the hotel was very busy and if he was the clerk at the time of the request, he would not have approved it. I didn’t understand his response and felt it was highly inappropriate to guest just arriving at their facility.

Great room, extremely comfortable bed, and nice bath room. Ok coffee and light breakfast options in the lobby. Good staff that helped me correct the error regarding charges to my cards once I discovered it (Sofia was very helpful).

I get up early and hoped to get breakfast as room service while I was working on preparing myself for the conference I was attending. The breakfast options looked delicious as it was advertised in the elevator and in the room. When I called to order I was informed breakfast was only served in the weekends. Disappointing. I asked the person who helped me check in to transfer the charges to my business card instead of my personal card. They did, but it didnt work, but only ended up charging both cards - which luckily I realized before leaving. In the end it was all charged to my personal card, which means extra hassle for me later.

Great hotel

Molly helped us with late check in. She could not have been nicer. Great room, very clean. Coffee & Danish provided in am Great stay!

especially checking in Molly was informative & extremely helpful & with valet was so nice restaurant breakfast was excellent and delicious House keeping needed or wanted very clean checkout same as coming in Easy Peasy my experience was memorable (attending family wedding) my stay was Great!

it's an old property with lots of charm

the air conditioning broke on night #2 and it was 90 F outside we were boiling and couldn't really pick up and leave bc we have a small child. they did fix it the next day and comped us so that's good

liked hotel but given the drug addicts outside, I can’t recommend to anyone

staff helpful, inside of hotel was very nice.

immediately outside was a large gathering of what appeared to be homeless/methadone addicts. Made my daughter very uncomfortable.

This hotel is a lovely example of luxury. It has become my favorite place to stay in Providence.

Excellent location… great area to walk around. Close to cafes and restaurants.

Classy hotel in downtown Providence

Very pleasant hotel in downtown Providence. It is a more traditional hotel, with slightly old fashined look, which is part of its charm and character. We had a Junior suite, which has a sitting area and a sleeping area - very comfrotable and pleasant layout and an excellent bed.

Nice hotel in fairly ordinary town.

Valet Parking, lovely large room. seems to be central to most things but we used it as a base for Newport visits.

Bar closed temporarily. Good places nearby though so not a problem.
