Mattress was nice and firm. great location for entering park and walking to restaurants. Nice friendly and helpful staff.

Nice lobby

Awful, awful matress bed. Carpets a mess, dirty, old, torn, in dire need of streching-a real safety hazard. "Free" breakfast: only hot items were bread-types, waffle/toast. NO meats, potatoes, eggs (except hard boiled). Very outdated hotel. Not worth $300 night with taxes! Move along, nothing to see here except the lobby.

Room was extremely small. Queen bed took up most of the room. Smelled stuffy as did the hallways.

Very good

Great guy that took care of the breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful, also to other people. Without a doubt one of the nicest persons we met on our 10 week road trip. Good location for Yellowstone after we had to cancel in Gardiner due to the flood earlier this year.

Dirt and dust under the bed! Even after telling the front desk it was cleaned only half. Disappointing because everything else was really good.

pool was very cold and I called a few days earlier to confirm that was in working condition. Because it was the only Entertaiment for my disabled child. Very disappointed.

The swimming pool is too cold for a indoor pool, we could not use it, should be warmer Breakfast is OK, but day after day it is the same, no change at all

Small room and overpriced.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was good. The lobby was very attractive.

We booked the historic room, that was a mistake. It was very small with a bathroom you could hardly turn around in with no place to hang your towels or set your toiletries or toothbrush. While the lobby itself was very attractive the room was very overpriced.

Breakfast Your statement that breakfast is included is very misleading. It is NOT a real breakfast, it is a grab and go breakfast. Nothing of any nutritional value, carbs only: stale pastries, cereal, and slices of bread. We ended up eating breakfast at Old Town cafe next door. Also, the sink and faucet in our room were poorly designed; the faucet was too short. Water was splashing all over the bathroom. Being rundown is not the same as historic.

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Nice stuff. Fireplace and coffee in the lobby.

The breakfast was not bad, but too sweet. I'd like to have some cheese and vegetables.

Exceptional

The front desk service is friendly and nice, I arrived ahead of checking time and they agreed me to check in. The room has microwave and refridgerator.

The facility is a little old and no any meat at breakfast.

It is close to the park entrance and walking distance to many markets and restaurants.

thin walls and the water temperature fluctuates so much that taking a shower is an adventure. It would go from just right, to scalding hot, to freezing cold, several times during the course of showering.

Front desk was very personable

Waffles the only hot food item on breakfast. Cereal and tiny muffins. For the price of the room I expected excellent choices.
