Wouldn’t stay there again

The bed was comfortable

No remote for the tv in the room so you couldn’t watch tv, water for the shower was warm at best.

A very basic motel with nothing special

Our daughter enjoyed the indoor pool.

I had booked the room for three people, which cost $20 extra per night. That was already paid through Booking.com., but they still charger me extra. When I later complained about this they refunded the double payment, but with no apologies.

Fair to midland. I guess it depends on why you stay there.

location. They allowed us to bring our service dog ,although they charged us $20 extra for her to stay .

It said there was a continental breakfast and there was not. There were no lights on in the pool area, although they said the pool was open. The cost; $139 + tax plus $20 for the dog. Expensive for off season with no pool/ hot tub , or breakfast. All of the reasons we chose this particular hotel.

Bathroom was dirty with hair and a soap bar caked to the corner shelf in the shower No hair dryer in room When both were reported, all that was said was “a note will be made”

Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Room was mostly quite clean

Room had a bit of an odor. Seemed to improve once the A/C was turned on though

very disappointing and requested a full refund. We were unable to sleep.

we returned on Saturday at 11:45PM. We saw a couple having sex in entrance A on the steps. This was very disturbing. The girl dropped her credit card that we handed in to the front desk.

loud in the hallways until 2:00am and the sex incident on the stairs.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly. Very clean and many many pillows!!!

Their system couldn't take booking.com booking and had to rebook room on my own.

Very convenient location; friendly staff; great value; clean room with microwave, coffee maker and small fridge. We will stay again.

Exceptional

It looked like the bathroom had all been redone it looked really terrific. Granite in the bathroom around the sink. Refrigerator, coffee. Everything you could possibly need in that room and it was clean and quiet.

The only concern was that the doors going to outside seem to be open to anybody being able to get in the hotel. Our keys to the room we're not needed to get into the building which was a little bit for me, a safety issue in traveling alone.
