When I first booked the hotel the price said $218 a night. Instead I paid $279 a night. Wasn't too happy about that.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, upgraded us to large room with hot tub.

Window had large crack, another window was completely foggy/dirty. The curtain needed to be fixed and bright light was shining in all night. It took ten minutes for the hot water to kick in for the whirlpool tub in our room. The pool in facility was warm like bath water, the hot tub was dirty and none of the jets were working.

Staff couldn't have been nicer. Our housekeeper Renee was exceptional, Manager Joan, and evening manager were as well. Floor in elevator and outside of elevator had same food on it and sticky floors for 3 days. Hall/stair carpet flooring dirty, yet it's hard to keep those areas clean. Our room was immaculately clean.

Location to downtown Stillwater was great. I didn’t get his name who was working the front desk when we checked in, but he was great and went above and beyond to make my son happy.

Close to Stillwater and amenities. Comfy beds. Good AC.

I wanted to get the AARP discount applied, but I was told it was already, but I didn’t reserve the room WITH the AARP discount. I’m very disappointed that we weren’t given the discount. I’d appreciate follow up WITH giving us the discount via a credit on our card used to pay for the room. There were not any towels by the pool either. We had to ask for them.

The room had a peculiar odor. Yuck!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The price of the room was very reasonable.

The swimming pool was icy cold. Nobody could get used to it even after trying to swim for a bit. Big letdown for my kiddo, since the pool was the main reason we booked the room. The hot tub was tepid at best. Also the pool towels were super small and had holes in them. The comforter on the bed had yellow stains on it. And the wall/headboard had big, greasy hand prints on it. When we wiped down surfaces ourselves, there was definitely a layer of dirt/grime. Additionally our room faced the front parking lot and its very bright lights. It was frustrating because the blackout curtains didn’t completely cover the window area. So bright light streamed into the room in spaces that the curtain couldn’t cover making it hard to sleep.
