I would stay again if I came back to show low

Room was big bed comfortable my dogs were allowed there for a fee

That the picture showed hot food at breakfast which they did not have but they had breakfast burritos you could warm up in the microwave waffles was good

Convenience of location. That was it. Nothing else

Room was dirty! Pillows turned over and used! Restroom dirty with toilet paper and towels dirty from someone else. Trash can was full of someone else’s trash. Incredibly disappointing

Nice, convenient, and clean.

This Hotel is stepping up there game with new upgrades in there rooms with style and comfort.

People talking on the walkway balcony, thus disturbing neighbors, especially after 11pm when people trying to sleep.

We could hear all the noise up stairs and the people out side. It was very loud .

Comfortable beds

Floor was filthy and so was shower, the bottom of my husband's feet were black in less than 2 minutes walking on that floor, we should have been given a discount fir the 45 minute to hour wait outside while they tried to clean the floor

I would never stay there again!

noisy and the coffee maker was missing a part so had to make shift! advertised breakfasts!! what a joke first of all did not open until 7:00 am then they had Madison cinnamon muffins and fruit bars that is it!!!

Horrible woman horrible customer service

Location

Upon my early morning arrival the place was closed and the woman refused to come open and allow me to get my room. It was paid for and she would not refund me

Quick trip

The room was uodated- smelled ckean. There is a Speedway Mart in the adjoining parking lot and a restaurant serving lunch and dinner next door. The check in was easy and the employee was very friendly.

There was no continental breakfast as advertised which was a big part in my hotel decision as i had to leave really early. The top linens were beyond wrinkled- looked like they were left in the dryer. I would not use shower. Caulking was dirty and black - looked like mold underneath

We ended up not staying. The bed sheets had horrible stains they looked like dark old blood stain.

This facility advertised breakfast and a roll bed although did not offer it when we arrived

The light switches were visibly soiled. There was no tissue in the box and we had to request toilet paper. The pillows had a slight stench.

Hotel canceled my reservation with no notice and then charged me more to stay there.

Hotel was clean and modern.

I arrived and was told that my reservation had been cancelled. I received no notice of this until I tried to check in. The person working the front desk claimed that the manager called my phone but that it was disconnected. That phone number has never been disconnected and I still am using that number. The receptionist was unable to reinstate my original reservation or give me a room at the price I originally paid. Instead I was charged an additional $70 more than my original reservation. When I complained the response was tough look do you want the room or not.

Staff was polite and friendly. Quiet at night.

The floor at the entrance to the room was very dirty. The smoke detector was remove. They didn't served any breakfast( " because of the pandemic"), and they charge me an additional $10.00 ("surge charge that third parties don't know about")
