Great Stay, beautiful and clean.

Called afterhours and a kind gentleman replied promptly. He was very courteous and made himself available for anything else we needed.

Not a big deal but didn't know there weren't any eating utensils available.

Exceptional

It was a really nice place. I didnt get to try the amenities but the condo was really nice- definitely felt like home. Enough space for everyone to have their own breathing room.

That we couldn't stay longer. I will definitely book again

Nice pool area, with a game room for the kids and a stacked bar for the adults

I booked a 2 bedroom to accommodate 4 adults and 1 teenager. When we arrived we noticed that in the living room there was no sofa bed. I called customer service and I was immediately upgraded to a beautiful 3 bedroom for a minimum fee. The customer service rep was very polite and helpful.

It felt like living out of a 1hr rentable hotel.

Large condo but terribly old and bare amenities, I mean barest of the bare.

Old condo with paint peeling and mold collection in bathroom. NO carpets in common areas (except a very dirty living rm rug) and no covering of floors for no slip in bath. Empty boxes of kleenex, 2ply, single serving everything including trash bags. Just a few comforters and only 1 extra set of sheets. No hands towels or cleaning products or comforts. The living room couch is uncomfortable and there's no streaming, only box cable. We hope the pool was salt water bc it certainty didn't seem treated. The heat made it Luke warm and the combo was so unsavory with 30 ppl in it all at once.

Perfect accommodations for our family event. Near to everything. Condo had a great layout.

The location was fantastic, and the property was extremely comfortable for my family.

The condo had small ants around, especially in the kitchen. Also the pool rules were a little strict.

Ultimate Getaway

My family could not stop complimenting the style of the townhouse they were looking for a regular hotel but instead they were greeted to a luxury home.

Next time I will find a single story home the stairs were a bit too much on my step dad's knees.

Location was great, it was not far from the parks or restaurants.

The tv remote for master bedroom did not have batteries. The tv/cable for the room with two beds for the kids was not working properly due to cord being worn out so we had to rig the cable box by having face down. The pool also needed to be cleaned, there was a few debris and bugs.

Great location but needs better housekeeping.

This property is in a great location near the convention center (a little over a mile walk) and the Publix shopping center is just down the sidewalk. The pool area was large, clean and nice with plenty of seating and nearby restrooms. The apartment had a good sized kitchen and laundry facilities which was great. This is not a loud property at night which is important if you need to sleep. Parking lot is gated, well lit, close to buildings and clean.Management office responds very quickly to issues. This suite would comfortably sleep 4-6 people.

The apartment wasn’t clean. The walls and floors were noticeably dirty, the bedding was clean but stained. The coffee table was broken. The management office offered right away to come in and do a deep clean and take away the broken table but I declined due to our tournament schedule. If I was on a family vacation I would have taken them up on that. It’s upsetting that it was dirty because we are charged a hefty cleaning fee when we booked.

Location was good, pool areas were clean.

The lights in the bedroom didn't work, there were two lamps.. only one actually had a plug near it, and you could only turn it on and off by plugging and unplugging. Carpets were dirty, and patio door was broken.
