Exceptional

I liked the cleanliness of room & friendliness of front desk. After leaving I realized I left my watch. The front desk attendant went to check for it & called me back letting me know it was found. Thank you‼️

Good place to stay and would recommend

Comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and not a bad area.

It was hard to turn the water on for the tub. Very tight and didn’t move easily. The floor was laminate not bad but walking across it did not feel like it was affixed very well. But otherwise not a bad stay. I would stay again and recommend

Very average; and way overpriced. It's so frustrating that hotels gouge on price during events.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

There was SO much empty space in the room and only one chair. A couch would have made so much sense. The finishings were cheap and partly broken. The "breakfast" was essentially coffee and nothing else. We were there for daughter's college graduation; and the price was outrageous because the hotels always gouge for special events...I guess because they can.

The the service member was great and understanding my home flooded and she was a great help to make sure that our reservations were correct and that we could extend our room as we need it.

Not what I expected.

Shower not clean,floor dirty,after booking for another night and asking for the room to be clean it was not. The bed had crushed in it.

great nights sleep and front desk persons very friendly and helpful!

looked very new and clean and fresh. very spacious room . nice large screen tv and it was good to have both a refrigerator and microwave oven and coffee maker . very quiet property I slept well.

the only real thing I think I’d say would be to put 2 of those very small bars of soap in the bathroom there was only one small bar for use in both shower and sink and I don’t think one more of those very small bars would cost u much but it’s kinda tacky or whatever having only the one.

I received a remarkable price !

one of the elevators was out of order and the breakfast was a grab and go bag, but you had to ask the clerk behind the counter to pack it for you. I could understand the selections the clerk offered because of her accent.

The hotel was very clean. Location was just off the interstate, easy access. Beds were very comfortable. Staff very friendly.

The advertised breakfast was a disappointment. They handed me a paper sack with a honey bun in it.

We were pleasantly surprised by this stay in Tuscaloosa! We were in for Homecoming weekend, and this was a great value for this particular weekend! The entire hotel has been recently renovated and look brand new! our room was spacious and open with all new flooring ang great ALABAMA artwork to decorate! Clean, bright, and convenient- about a 10 min drive to campus! We will be booking this property again!

Very very surprised, it is now looking and feeling like a nice hotel.

The hotel has just undergrone a major refurb and looks very bright & shinny and new. It's very clean and the rooms are lovely with a comfortable bed. They are still finishing off some things and need to sort out the no breakfast ASAP. It's about an 8minute drive from Bryant Denny Stadium parking for the football and is currently priced excellently compared to worse hotels. We paid $700 for 2 nights for a Bama home game while the Microtel just a couple of minutes closer was charging almost $1700 and having stayed at they Microtel before the Wyndham beats the hell out of the Microtel. Will definately use this again for Bama games and hope the price stays reasonable.

No breakfast due to a refurbishment.

Location was great, just off the Interstate Highway. Gas station and restaurants near by. Plenty of parking area.
