Love the beach and location… the room is over priced and hotel is outdated

Breakfast was fair. Hotel is in a great location.

Very expensive for poor amenities.

Sunrise views we won’t forget!

The beachfront room, had fantastic views!! The balcony was enjoyable, and the room was quite pleasant! Everything was clean, and working including the heat, mini refrigerator, microwave, etc! The room was also fully stocked with clean glasses, plates, etc for convenience! The bed linens were clean, & comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fully stocked! The warm shower was appreciated! Our stay was most enjoyable!

The stairs to the second floor were outdated and a little unnerving! The railings were also not protective enough for young children! The parking pad was gravel, not too good on tires!

I wouldn't come back.

The location is good and the staff was nice.

The hotel is very old and hasn't been updated in at least twenty years. Shower doors were hard to move. Tub faucet was loose. Not enough mirrors. HVAC system was so loud that it was hard to sleep. Iron was dirty and stained my dress. The legs of the ironing board didn't work so I had to lay the board on a bed. This was the hotel iron and ironing board that I specifically had to ask for.

Million dollar view

Million dollar view, directly on the Atlantic Ocean. You can hear the ocean when you sleep if you get an oceanfront room.

They could upgrade the rooms with just some new comforters and replacing the outdated dresser.

The location was next to the beach

Room wasn't clean. Bathroom door had a huge hole in it. Place looked run-down. I asked for a receipt of my stay and it took several days after several phone calls to get it.

It was not pleasant. Would not return or recommend.

The view was beautiful and we very much liked the area and all it had to offer.

Staff were not particularly helpful or polite. The room was dilapidated and dated which we wouldn't have minded so much on its own.... However, most of the bulbs were out in the light fixtures, the towels were all stained, the sheets were so old the elastic on the fitted sheet would not stay on the bed during the night meaning we had to sleep on towels so as not to have to sleep directly on the mattress (also stained). The shower door was broken. The bathroom door hook was missing and was covered in damp/ black mold. The people staying in the surrounding rooms played extremely loud music and had shouting matches at 4am. Which we understand can't be controlled by the hotel but considering they weren't fully booked they could have spread guests out instead of lumping us all together. Given that this meant to be a happy occasion, it was very disappointing. In fact, I had seen that a note had been made on our booking that it was our honeymoon. But this was in no way acknowledged during our stay. Not even a congratulations from staff. Pretty poor.

We most likely won’t return to this hotel.

Breakfast was nice, being close to beach and town was nice.

The fold out bed was terrible and made it difficult to enjoy the night stay.

it’s the perfect location but other than that, not much to offer.

location location location… can get to the beach and can walk to town. nothing beats that!

very little in ways of amenities. despite hanging the card on the door, cleaning staff never came to make up our room

Location it best. Close to town, right on Beach, has tiki bar, restaurant.

No Beach or Umbrellas for guests. During check in to information was given and had to ask if they provided beach towels. Staff overall was very nice and helpful. Restaurant seemed a little disorganized but again the staff was very nice.

Had to question if pool/ beach towels were available after chwck in process! Kitchen was understaffed. Power went out the morning we were checking out. Front desk was informed, and informed again during checkout. Told them it was an inconvenience getting ready to check out because of it. Answer was they know…
