I won't stay there again.

Not much

The building is old and has decades of old cigarette smell, as do the carpets. The room smelled like old cigarettes.

Stayed for a concert

This is the second time we stayed at this property. I like that there is a nice breakfast and lots of vending machines, a good sized pool, our room was large and had lots of seating, and the place is very quiet. Close to the Waterfront which is great since we go see a lot of concerts there. Fairly close to restaurants and shopping. Staff is very friendly.

The sink in our bathroom seemed to be draining a bit slowly. There was no coffee maker in our room however there were 2 packs of decaf coffee lol. The pool could have been warmer but I was happy to swim regardless.

Run away! Smoke and pot smel oss horrible!

If you like the smell of smoke and pot in your room and hallway, this is the hotel for you.

I have never stayed at a hotel with the smell of smoke and pot so bad. One guest was actually smoking in the hall. One group of guests were partying in the room with the smell of pot all around the room. The floors with carpet were so gross. The building is from the 1970s and has had no updates except the bathrooms in the rooms. The hotel offered our money back, but the entire town was booked for a concert and we had no other place to go. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone and we were charged $300 for the night. I think the concert had driven up all the prices. Truly regret having to stay there, don’t book here unless you smoke or do pot. PS: The hotel will send someone to your room to spray a lemon air freshener and say the smoke smell has been taken care of. Masking the smell of smoke does not solve the problem. The entire hotel would need to be stripped down to the bones to get rid of the smoke smell.

Never again.

Front desk staff was very friendly.

The room smelled bad, was missing wall base, had chips in the paint and gouges out of the corners, a weird broken accordion door to the bathroom, hair on the mattress cover, etc. We stayed here because of the free parking as we were flying out for 10 days. We had an early flight and needed a taxi very early in the morning - the front desk staff could not get a taxi to answer/come that early, so we ended up paying for airport parking and putting up with this awful hotel room for nothing.

Overall a good stay, for what I paid. Again staff was amazing it was just the keycard issue that was annoying.

Location was great, staff was phenomenal.

Very outdated, the rooms could use some tlc. Upon arrival my original room had no heat, new room was good but my keycard stopped working three times in two nights.

the room was cleaner than we expected despite the lack of staffing and rooms not being ready. The staff that were on duty (from Kansas, I believe) did a wonderful job and should get a bonus!!

Not worth the money

My children enjoyed the pool.

For the amount of money we felt that there should have been an available ATM machine and there wasn't any laundry service due to a broken machine. When you pay a large amount. For just 1 night you shouldn't have to leave the property to get cash. All of the renovations should be done before people are. Charged such a large amt.

Nothing at all

All of it 1. Room is super super old and smelly 2. The room wasn't ready when opened the door, , we had to exchange it with the front staff. And it was 11pm already when we checked in. 3. The air-conditioning, the filter is extremely dirty and I had allergy because of the dust and the smell. 4. Shower room is so old and need update. Overall not a pleasure stay and it's overpriced!

Checked into a room and the sink and bathtub were clogged and I called maintenance and it took another day for them to come,after I Called the site that I booked the room from and reported them and they contacted the manager at the hotel and I was able to get a refund.

The beds and pillows were comfortable enough. An inside pool is a plus

The room was dirty (dust on the hair dryer, smudges on the mirrors, debris in the pool). The service was poor. Kitchen attendent for breakfast service yelling at people and kicking them out of the kitchenette because “service closes in 2 minutes.” No elevator (second floor stay means you have to cart everything up a tall flight of stairs. Tears in the carpet and stains everywhere (lobby, halls, rooms). Arrived 25 minutes early and asked if there was an option for early checkin. Didn’t even get a chance to say hello, but was interrupted by the lady at the front desk with “check in isn’t for another half hr”. The only persons I saw smiling was the lady at checkout and one house keeper.

Property is old, but the staff clearly take good care of it. Very comfortable all around.

Staff was great, bed was very comfortable, ac was a blessing. Room, Lobby and halls were clean and comfortable a well. Breakfast was standard, eggs, sausages, cereal, pastries. All tasted good.

Place was in need of repairs, out dated. Clearly being well cleaned, but could have used some paint and spackle, the metal on the dropped ceilings was rusted in places and the hallway rug was starting to fray her and there. Just old. No elevator, but it was only 2 floors, so not a deal breaker.

it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

the second front desk was very kind, the overnight lady on the second night was sweet and helpful. the manager seemed to at least have a clue and apologized for the first desk lady being downright rude .

We had to switch rooms multiple times due to the tubs not draining and the key card machine not working whatsoever. we asked for extra blankets only to be told “are you going to come get them ? in a beyond rude tone. Ice machine was broken, snack machines were down. the pool was a cloudy green color looks like the filters do not work. the front desk lady the first night was AWFUL. she was rude and didn’t help with any our questions in fact made then worse. was told my bank was wrong for charging me the full amount on day 1, when the manger returned she informed me they always charge upon arrival. we asked twice for late checkout and told we were all set, due to having a late night Saturday night for a concert we were sleeping in , only to have our door pounded on and told we needed to leave cause we indeed not have late checkout. then when we settle this, are told we can only have an hour late checkout instead of the original 1pm checkout we had planned for.

the bathtub wouldn’t drain after we bathed our baby, the front desk lady lied to my fiancé and said there was no pool then 10 minutes later told me there was one. the pool was not heated like advertised. the room had garbage on the floor.
