The cleanliness and the quiet plus the quick assistance by all the staff!

This was our first time at this resort and it was astonishing how beautiful the property was. The room we booked was incredible and the layout was perfect! If not for the 118 degree temps we'd have explored much more of the resort! The spa was very nice, my wife said she had a great time during her treatment and the infinity pool was so great!
Nothing that the resort could change due to weather. If I had any complaint at all, it was just that my massage was not very good for the cost. My wife's however, she said was absolutely amazing. Just depends on your luck of the draw on who you get I suppose!

Xanadu nestled beneath the magical Camelback mountains.
It doesn’t get much better besides an orchestra playing the above ‘X’ theme or La Boheme for the purists.
Generous sized and well appointed rooms and suites.
Everything supplied for the exercise aficionado before cocktails and solids around the infinity pool
The bell boys understand service so much better than the front desk.
Bathroom hair - not my own - is a no no

The grounds are really beautiful and the rooms spacious. The pool was perfect temp and most of the staff were helpful.
i think that your pool staff at times forgot things (water) (drinks)and never picked up your lunch order so birds were constantly trying to grab at the left overs.

The pool is great. The food and drink service was fast and the pool attendants were wonderful and accommodating.
For the price, this property is definitely not worth it. Rooms need an upgrade. This was my second trip to Scottsdale and for the cost I’d much rather stay at the Omni.

The room was large and wonderful, after we got moved the room we initially paid for. At first we were placed in a smaller, more dated room due to a water line breakage. The views were beautiful from our second room. The food at the pool and restaurant was very good. The toiletries smelled wonderful. Bath salts provided were a nice touch.
The pool has very few seats that can sit poolside. The infinity edge, a big seller online, looks over into a drab walkway and the backs of buildings- a missed opportunity to make something beautiful. Some parts of the grounds are spectacular, others so so.
Our first room, Silver O, had noisy lights and a clicking sound coming from the a/c unit all night long. The patio was lackluster and dated. I was disappointed that, being moved at check in- we were downgraded, rather than upgraded. Hotels I’ve been to previously have always overcompensated if there was any trouble on their end- not here. We received no compensation- not even a free meal or drink. For as much as the stay cost, I would’ve expected better service.

Immaculate cleanliness. Beautiful grounds. super efficient and courteous staff. All comforts and conveniences have been thought of.
Pricey. Especially the spa services and food.

A bit dated but still a great place.

extremely attentive staff, super clean facilities and rooms, 24 hours room service, text contact 24 hours, comfortable bed, world class spa!!!
it’s a little dark walking around property at night but they give everyone flashlights and it is not their fault it is a city ordinance.

The scenery was so beautiful and the rooms are tastefully decorated... cart drivers are friendly and timely. The infinity pool area was wonderful and the service. One could spend a whole day there!
Room 244 had cleaning items outside of entryway. I suppose I was early for check in. Only issue was I received a Welcome Text message late night after hearing about it coming back in from dinner. Lastly the bathroom sink needed spring item maintenance to allow water to drain out of sink. I think there should have been some type of awareness of this issue. Otherwise I would consider returning again.

The Sanctuary is exactly as stated - a wonderful place to rest and relax. It was the only location we actually used the pool and ate two dinners at the superb restaurant on site. The value is proportional to the cost. I have stayed here three times and would gladly return.
The golf carts were ever-present. Almost too many, too much, but necessary for the staff most surely.

Beautiful setting. Amazing staff. Very careful with covid concerns. Elements restaurant was superior.

Breakfast was delicious with an amazing view over the valley. The room was clean, well decorated, and homey.
The pricing was a bit much for the room that didn’t include breakfast. No room service with COVID-19.
1.5
Beautiful tub and landscape. Nespressa machine
Keys didnt work...long walks in the heat to get around...couldnt accommodate late checkout and then interrupted 3 times before checkout to make sure we were gone by noon. Stocked Mini fridge but hot beverages.
