Location is great. Hotel has some very nice amenities. Staff is great.

Room was old, with some damage to furniture. Bathroom was old and seemed to be not as clean as it should be, though not the fault of persons cleaning room. Room was as clean as what they had to work with. Carpet outside of room was detached and could cause a trip hazard. Some of the rooms have been remodeled but they had not gotten to the room we stayed in yet.

we were satisfied with our stay in this room

breakfast was really good. staff kept food items stocked and were friendly

one side of our king mattress sloped to the outside considerably also, in the shower it would be nice if they were made with a ledge for propping a foot on to shave your legs, moveable shower head would also be more convenient.

Good site but noisey

Central location. Good value. Free breakfast and coffee 24/7. Parking.

Noise. They leave earplugs in rooms as air con for central atrium is loud

The staff is amazing.

The facilities were a bit tired, but the staff was amazing. Pool was nice. Happy hour was really nice, and the breakfast was much better than a typical hotel buffet.

Room was a bit small but was adequate. A/C was not sufficient for the room, but windows can open which helped somewhat.

Our stay was most enjoyable and again, the breakfast was sensational.

Jessica at the front desk was such a joy to work with. She was most accommodating and had a most enduring personality. Her husband Brandon who worked in the breakfast area displayed a great work ethic and was constantly making sure all food areas were stocked and ready for your customers, Can not say enough positive comments about this couple. Also, the breakfast was over the top and totally unreal.

Breakfast was good. Happy hour was great. Most of the staff was friendly. Room size was great but bathroom was a little small.

The elevator problems every day. The air conditioner was loud. The balcony view was great but would have been nice if there was a screen day so door could be left open.

Good location. Free happy hour drinks was nice, though the solo bartender was severely overworked for this as well as the breakfast.

The facilities are dated, especially for the rates being charged. The indoor pool common to the room entries was odd with the chlorine odor throughout.

A absolutely sensational stay in a awesome location, the room was very comfortable.

The location was sensational, the room was comfortable and one the cleanest we have seen, staff are just lovely and nothing is too much trouble, the breakfast is delicious and fresh and the happy hour each afternoon is brilliant.

We have no complaints about anything.

That the staff was very helpful with my particular situation, having contracted food poisoning from an outside facility, they have been very helpful with helping me arrange an extended stay so that I will be able to do the skiing that I came here to do.

That I have had to spend more time in the room than planned because of the food poisoning that was not the fault of the hotel. The room was comfortable but not where one wants to not leave for 4 days straight. The morning breakfast was helpful. A little bit more desk size for today's information technology.

location was fantastic and the pool/hot tub area was fun. happy hour was a bonus. excellent breakfast. welcoming front staff. water refill station was a nice touch.

heating system was not self evident and we had to ask for help. it got clarified quickly and they noted that a lot of people have had the same issues. small thing, but…one of the breakfast staff had a constant and persistent cough. not the sound you like to hear.

Greqt place to stay in Durango for the weekend.

Brandon in the breakfast room and bar was incredible! Hard worker! Did not stop and had smile on his face. Took time to ask us how we were doing and polite! Looking forward to staying here again.

You get what you pay for. I should have spent more elsewhere.

Pool was dirty, hot tub was closed, bathroom sink very slow to drain, cracked wall in shower, refrigerator in room did not work. This place needs some serious work!
