Cancelled reservation and left.

Did not stay so did not have breakfast.

Couches were stained , mildew in first room . Tried to put is in second room that smelled like someone was smoking and stained couch. So disappointing for a Hampton Inn.

Pleasant

Location was good; price was good (not a total deal though)

The breakfast was ok. We have stayed at many HI's and this one had less food, less selection and slow moving replacements. Also the hotel seemed old w/ poorly lit rooms, very loud fan/a/c in the room, older looking decor/bathroom, and semi-professional staff.

Overall, this hotel has promise, but it is badly in need of some renovation

Great location. The property was clean and very well kept and the staff was very friendly

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom floor felt sticky. The cleaners that were used to clean the room were overpowering

Disappointed also was suppose to credit for 1 night of this stay. Did not show on my AMEX card.

Nice hotel

Location, great breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Spacious rooms. Large bathroom with plenty of towels and washcloths.

Breakfast tables could have been cleaned more often.

Great customer service, everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing and so many choices, very well stocked!

My only complaint was the outside traffic noise/head lights coming in. We had a noise machine on and you could still hear so much outside traffic noise. The thicker curtains were not designed to shut so it was just see through white curtains so all the head lights from cars going on the overpass were coming into our room all night and bothering my kiddos.

my friends and I were in town for a charity bicycle ride and we stay at this location every year

locatin,cleanliness,friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was very good!!!

Enjoyed the stay and will stay there again if ever back in Newbern N. C.

Friend and I met my son in law there. He picked us up and we went striper fishing all day Monday on the Neuse River.

Clean and you could get coffee anytime in the lobby.

Poor

Poor breakfast, eggs were cold and tasteless. Bagels were stale. No bacon, no potatoes of any kind. Just sausage Patties.

Upon checkout the employee refused to give me a receipt saying since we booked online thru a 3rd party. Bad policy.

1. did not change bedding or towles for my second night stay----very poor 2. did not provide bottle water like competition does 3. toilet was very very low---hard to get up 4. very very expensive 5 woild not recommend this motel

Property was very clean. front seat was very friendly.

The beds were not comfortable. They we’re too hard and the frame was shaky.
