A kind person at the front desk.

Absolutely filthy! Room had not been cleaned in a LONG time. Thick layer of dust, goop on the mirrors, sticky floor, dirty toilet and sink, hair in the bathtub, fingerprints covering the microwave, caked food inside of it... need I go on?

Disappointed

There were some unsavory people where our room was located. A woman woke us up at 0230 trying to get in our room. Followed by someone next door turning up his TV as loud as it would go. My wife was never able to get back asleep.

You get what you pay for..

The price was acceptable for the facility itself. It really brought alot of meaning to, "you get what you pay for". The previous reviews listed on booking.com were not exactly up to date with the actual facility and it's condition. From the construction work after midnight and back at it again before 6am to the air conditioner being broken and the toilet constantly clogging.. it just wasn't a very safe or comfortable/clean place to stay. ConstructionaThe Google directions were also extremely wrong. I suggest calling the hotel for directions if you are not familiar with the area.

Construction work going on outside of my window was terrible. The "bed bug" warning was very unsettling, from check in.

The location was not bad at, all and the fact it was quite considering the proximity to the highway.

the beds was hard felt like I was sleeping on Cardboard boxes could be better .

Only there for two nights - Bates Motel atmosphere - pesky fly!

Good things - free WiFi - not a pain to connect large mini-fridge and microwave Good room temperature

No coffee maker! No kleenex! Had to ask for a hair dryer. TV channels didn't seem to work Too LOUD - traffic noise all night and vagrants coming and going

Me and a friend stay here for 3 days we'll when we checked in there are certain things I checked microwave first it was god awful nasty looks like it hadn't been clean in a month and the mini refrigerator I smelt something well it was from underneath so I pulled it out omg the mess that was behind and underneath food needles and other stuff and then on top of all that I called the desk to see if I could pay a little past 11 and the owner told me no and gave us like 10 minutes to get out of he was calling the cops horrible customer service!!!

I wouldn't willingly stay here again unless price was the sole and overriding factor to consider

It was inexpensive and close to places to eat. Staff member who checked me in was pleasant enough, but distracted by what seemed to be a personal phone call that I apparently interrupted.

Carpets were stained, walls were pretty rough looking, bed was listed as a queen but was about the size of a double. One entrance locked so not as convenient to enter/exit. Looks old and not well maintained.

the staff and cleaners were very friendly. I didn't see any bed bugs, water pressure was good, beds were comfy. I'm glad there was a fridge and microwave.

The door didn't lock all the way so the keycard didn't work all the time. I had to run to the front desk to get the card fixed about 4 times. It was annoying and a hassle since it was cold outside. they also said they were gonna fix the door but they didn't. the room was a non smoking room, but a guest before us smoked in it and they didn't even realize (cleaners should've mentioned it to the front desk).
