the room was very clean and updated. beds were very comfortable.
Hotel was undergoing a remodel, so there was some limitations on amenities [water fountain and breakfast options] but otherwise good.

The bed was comfortable
No continental breakfast that was advertised when I booked this room. Instead it was a bag breakfast. very disappointed. Seeing an envelope from the maid asking for a trip after paying for more than the room was worth. Very tacky! The entire hotel is outdated and in need of paint and repairs.

You have a great staff. Was greeted with smiles. Around midnight or later my husband sugar drop and the front desk turned on the orange juice machine so I could get a couple glasses. Very thankful

easy check-in, clean, comfortable room.
Lousy breakfast. but, I can see where it can save a few bucks and then, hopefully, the chain can keep stay prices lower. Btw, the Baymont up the street has a great breakfast bar. But, they are a more expensive stay.

The friendly staff
The internet was almost unusable. I was unaware that they even offered internet service in the US with such slow speeds. The 'Grab and go' breakfast was just junk food.

The British lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming. She was also very accommodating with my request for extra pillows due to my vertigo. Average hotel but a 4 star experience. It was located very close to downtown Holland which was the goal. I would return again.
The hotel was dated. It could also use some basic maintenance. The tub was leaking around the faucet.

Ac was loud

Grab and go breakfast was great. Glad to have a water bottle!
It would have been more convenient to have a coffee maker in the room, but it was nice to have coffee available in the lobby 24/7. And it was very good coffee!

We didn’t partake in the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was sufficiently located away from the "hustle and bustle" of the area. The air conditioning unit worked well and had a choice of fan speeds. Hotel had obviously updated/renovated some items {windows, painting}.
For the cost, a lounge/eating area was expected. The hotel is "old school" and needs to move into the modern era.

location and the staff we’re great
it was dirty. I seen a bug . the outlet by the sink was bad and blow dryer was falling apart couldn’t use it and bed was uncomfortable. I’m sry we won’t stay there again

The room had decent amenities (fridge, microwave, safe).
The to-go breakfast was rather pathetic (a bottle of water and processed/packaged snacks). They could have put out some bagels, fruit, cereal cups, etc out that people could take with them if there isn't a spot to sit.
