Hot tub pool privacy events plenty of free activities to participate in

Ceiling was black from fire place Did not like the dinner hours my boyfriend eats late we did not enjoy dinner at 7:30 or if this is how the resort does dinner we should have the option to take the ordered dinner back to our room to eat at our leisure.

We enjoyed our stay

Breakfast was great.

Only 2 wash cloths available and you have to ask for more if you there more than one night. Gift shop prices are a little high.

It was a great time

The dinners, the massage, spooners.

Some things such as the night club was closed. The tub was rusty and some of the buildings needed a little updating.

The food and restaurant service was very good. The staff were great. Entertainment was okay. Our room was conveniently located however, there needs to be more accessibility for people with disabilities,ie. Better ramp grading, lift chairs, some braille signage for visually impaired .

The property needs maintenance,cement work, carpet replacement and a total renovation to the gym area and equipment.

Disappointed in Cove Haven

The room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The resort is quite old, facilities are dated and showing severe signs of aging. The amenities are falling apart or unavailable. & we were not told upon check in if we didn't order before 6pm there would be an extremely parred down menu at the on-site restaurant, which the brochure touts "your late night snack spot"

A perfect getaway for couples in a beautiful setting!

Quiet and relaxing with vintage charm. The Garden of Eden Apple suite was beautiful, and we enjoyed all of the room amenities. The dinner and breakfast included in our room rate were also fantastic. Also, we had fun feeding the friendly deer on the property.

My only complaint is that our room was not ready at check in, and, since we were only staying for one night, we wanted to maximize time spent there plus try to do some activities. my recommendation would be to book at least 2 nights, which we will do in the future.

Lacking supplies

The suite was recently updated.

The bar a Spooners was out of a lot of alcohol and a few beers on tap were out. We were served pepsi that was lacking the syrup took over and hour to get the pepsi refreshed.

the waiter staff was wonderful breakfast was great but dinner was not good.

we had requested to register early but that did not happen. we sat outside from 9:30am to 3:30pm. dinner meals was disgusted but the waiters were exceptional. no activities after 8pm. outside pools need more activities.

Ac went out and we got an amazing upgrade to a room with a pool dispite the rudeness of the lady at

Overslept it would be better with room service delivery

The bartender at spooners was rude and treated myself and other guest with an attitude she was very rude needs a class on customer service

the jacuzzi didn’t work , nor did we have a blanket , and it was very hard to get to the property , I wasn’t plowed properly
