Location

The location for me is perfect as it is 1/2 the way home for a 15-hour drive.
EXTREMELY dissatisfied with two key things missing from your pictures and description. There is no elevator. That's a vital piece of missing information. I HATE the computerized check-in. It should be in person.
3.7
Easy to find!
There was an odor in the room. I sprayed my perfume & then it was fine! Otherwise ok!
3.7
Location right off of freeway.
There was no staff at the desk, it was a virtual desk clerk. Not personable at all.
Advertising offered free breakfast. There weren't any Condimentsfir the coffee.. We did see 1 staff member, but he blamed the manager of not ordering the breakfast choices, like cream for coffee.
Our door had to be forced to shut, which isn't safe. No elevator, which was difficult for a person with bad knees on the 3rd floor.
Bugs were in the bathroom.
I will not recommend Days In.

Everything especially staff- Sophia made it that more pleasant she was courteous and helpful
No elevator

Location, staff, amenities, room had fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, coffee maker and offered cereal, toast, fruit, coffee, juice, milk in the morning. The cleaning crew was the friendliest and very very very attentive especially Sophia, I was sure to ask for her name. Another time we went to pool in morning and it was locked and she immediately had it opened for us and brought us pool towels without having to ask.
It was an inconvenience that there was no elevator. But the cleaning staff Sophia assisted in helping carry my items down the stairs, very courteous lady that went out of her way.

It had a pool, but I didn’t use it.
Kinda sketchy location. A little dark, I arrived at night
Front lobby had virtual assistant. Very impersonal.
3.7
I was a little surprise that check-in was done virtually via a kiosk. The person that checks you in is on screen.
Unfortunately, there’s no elevator, I was on the 3rd floor but it was only 2 short flights of stairs. I still wish they can have the elevator. The carpet was kinda dirty.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, very close to the entrance and exit of Highway 5, but it is quiet after closing the doors and windows, not very noisy. The decoration and furniture are also good. Although some bath towels are relatively old, they are still clean
A few questions feel bad.
1. I booked a room through booking.com and paid for it. I received a confirmation email that the payment was successful, but when I arrived an hour later, the girl at the video reception said that there was no information about us in the hotel's system, and an additional payment was required to check in. At the same time, other guests also had the same situation. After negotiating with the hotel manager for half an hour, they paid deposits for two rooms before they got their room cards to check in.
2. After checking in, I can't find bath towels and face towels in the room. Any phone attempts to contact the hotel could not be connected, so I had to go to the front desk again to ask for them.
3. There is no elevator in the hotel. It is okay for young people to go upstairs, but it is definitely not suitable for the elderly.
4. The hotel corridors and stairwells have windows open, and there is no air conditioning, which is very stuffy and hot.
5. One of the two room cards I got was completely invalid. After going downstairs again, I couldn’t open the side security door. I could only go around and enter from the lobby. Room door could not be open, just call my wife opened at midnight.
In short, I feel that the boss is not too concerned about management, and the employees are not too serious about their work. I have stayed in many days inn hotels, this one feels very speechless

Room was large with 2 beds, needed for us both. Bathroom well equipped and clean. Nice Keurig coffee machine in the room as well as chilled water and tea service in lobby. Small pool which was open and clean - nice to hang out for and hour after a hot day.
Unfortunate (!) location. Right off freeway and next to a 24hr McD drive through. I found that checking in though a remote monitor (no person at a desk), very disconcerting and you got the feeling no staff was there. Made worse by folks milling around outside (one person cleaning his car right outside our room well into the evening) and no one making sure the security doors were kept shut. On top of this (and us), were people moving around noisily all night including running up and down the stairs. Bad enough, but we had to be up at 4am to get a flight out.

Friendly and helpful customer service.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The rooms are comfortable, but the surrounding area is really really bad and made me extremely uncomfortable to park my car. The comfort inn and suites was only 15 dollars more for a suite and it was in a better area.
The surrounding area was riddled with drug deals and the back fence was cut open and when we left we could see a homeless encampment set up right behind the fence. Makes you uneasy to leave your car in the parking lot although nothing was broken into.

quiet and comfortable mattress
much improvement needed with virtual check inn.
we arrived at 2:00 pm in the afternoon after driving 7.5 hours and tired, would have liked to at least speak to someone face to face but no one was physically there to answer questions.Just a monitor and a virtual person presumably on the other side of the ocean. (poor English and bad equipment very frustrating!) we had 8 or 9 people in front of us trying to make sense of what the screen was saying. I am mindful of the wait, but the reason for the long line was due to the lack a clear communication with the virtual service they now have. also, their pet charge is higher then any other hotels we’ve stayed at.

Breakfast, was very sparce, yogurt containers, nothing hot just cold cereal , the rooms were adequate, the check in process was "One of a kind" I walked in to find a virtual person at a screen - NO LIVE person at a counter, that made me wonder is this place safe? why no counter or person to greet you. I have never had this experience but it lacks. I did not like the person everything was fed thru a slot on a box and the key for room distribution was strange as well. there were ppl sitting in the space that was suppose to be the lobby- I guess..... wierd..
they could have a counter with an actual person to greet you "Like all other hotels" this was a stange way of inviting guest to stay with you did not feel welcomed or safe at this location.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Automated check in was a bit off putting at first but the person I interacted with was very helpful and courteous. I got used to it.
The breakfast was not worth eating. It was a little noisy (the freeway is nearby), but sort of expected that and inside the room was quiet.

Comfortable and cosy rooms. It was a comfortable stay great for the value.
Lack of staff.

I really didn't like the virtual checkin. I prefer face to face. It also wasn't clear to me that there were no elevators.

Did not try breakfast

The wifi worked well and it was easy to connect.
Many details were missing. The cereal was stale and milk was not refilled. The only fruit were apples & oranges and there were no hot options (eggs, toast, waffles, etc.) The desk clerk is virtual. Not horrible but unexpected and not a personal experience.

Convenient
Nothing memorable

I liked being in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I also liked the quiet location.
