It was not the quality we had known Red Roof to be.

The location

Our rooms floor was dirty and there was food particles around the base of the mattress. The room smelled like mildew and was made worse when we used the air conditioner

great location, great staff

didn’t like cigarette burns on the toilet and towels..it was noisy outisde as some guests were playing loud music all night

Accomodations and price were on point and I left feeling like I got the best bang for my buck.

Toilet kept clogging up and had to keep plunging. Phone worked half the time and drawers wouldn't stay closed when clothes were put away. Ghost drawers hahaha.

Won't be staying here again.

The staff we interacted with were polite and professional.

We have stayed at this location many times in the past. However, the quality has gone down considerably. The room we were initially assigned was dirty in many places. We asked to be moved and while the room was cleaner in appearance, flies kept getting into the room somehow which was really disturbing.

Terrible.

Our bed broke, extremely hard to get ahold of front desk, drugs were being used, parties and alcohol on property. An extended stay for families. Definitely not how it was described. Never felt safe.

Stained bedspread and towels. The floor was dirty (sticky and hair on the floor).

Don't come if you want comfort

Like the table desk and lights

Very very noisy even at night, could not sleep well, Air condition is not working well, not enough pillow. No night stands on my side of bed.

the lady at the front desk just hated to be there and the room wasn’t worth 143 dollars for a night

it was close to the interstate and had plenty of stuff around to eat at and get to easily

the bathroom was to small, the door didn’t shut enough to keep the rain out when the storm came through.

Dirty- cleaned several areas before using Duvet cover dirty Fridge dirty - had to clean first to use unable to increase room temp coffee pot broken Door difficult to close without deadbolt

Beds were comfortable and the sink was nice.

It looked like they did not clean the bathroom at all. The sheets had a lot of stains on them and behind and under the bed was really dirty.

The staff is amazing! The manager is by far my favorite from any place I've stayed at thus far. She's very sweet considerate and always willing to go above and beyond to make certain the stay is perfect. 5 stars!

I can't say anything was unlikable this is my go to while in Nashville!

The staff was amazing. The manager on duty was absolutely incredible. Great stay all around. Definitely my destination whenever I am in the area.

Only thing I did not like was my stay wasn't longer!

Great location outside of nashville

The location is great with shopping malls that are 8 mins away and a steakhouse nearby. The rooms were clean as well as the floors. It was a quiet stay and an uber drive from Nashville.
