Very poor

It was not clean. We found leftovers in the fridge and something in the coffee machine was rotten. Not recommendable

Our stay was good. Just wished that room was a bit more clean in sink area

A good budget stay, with wonderful staff service.

Great location. Clean, with very nice staff who responded quickly to needs and questions.

Maybe a handyman is needed to fix little things like towel racks, running toilet and such.

if you want a horrific experience, stay here… you will get more than one bad experience.

it is awful, the bathroom has mold built up. the bedding stained, carpet floor stained. The main door doesn’t work. I asked one of the managers to help me open the door when I came back for dinner and he said he didn’t have a problem doing it because he was there over night. I couldn’t open the damn door because the sensor for the card wasn’t working. he was not able to change me to a different room.

Management was not accommodating and rude. I didn’t sleep because of the door issue. and they were not able to accommodate.

The Inn was easy to find, the room clean, the water was hot; a good place to stay.

The people were easy to work with and good at their jobs. The room was clean and had all the basics. Nothing fancy but sufficient for a good night of sleep.

The stairwells were trashy as was the area across from the office.

Don't stay here a broken down hotel!!!!

location close to function we attended

Started with rude clerk she was unprofessional and charged us additional fee to check in 1/2 early. The room was dirty floor was mopped with sour mop it smelled, door was dirty curtains torn and bath towels. The wall light fixtures were not properly fixed to wall. We checked into a nearby hotel 100 better!!!! Shame on you!!!!!

Stay away from this place.

large room, comfortable bed, location

DIRTY! Management argumentative Yelling and pounding hand on lobby window couldn’t understand him and left quickly at checkout.

Small and quiet

For a really Old room it was fairly clean. Location was quite .

I have never paid so much and had so many rules to the stay! Morning staff was rude. My car got sprayed with sprinklers.

Obvious why it was cheap

Desk attendant was very nice

No breakfast. Location was very noisy-street noise and people yelling. Room was ok. Mold in bathroom needs deep clean. Obviously short staffed. Bed was too firm

Convenient location on the highway, headed home.

The box underneath the mattress was a metal/tin frame that when you tapped it with your foot sounded hollow. That was annoying. The registration clerk gave us a key and when we opened the door, someone else was using the room.

Exactly what I needed

The clerk was very friendly, the room was beautiful. The parking was enough for my needs and the location was perfect for what I needed. I wasn't there for long, but it was exactly what I needed. There were ample mirrors and the fridge was great to have for my drinks.

I was put in a disabled room, which was fine, but unnecessary. the closest parking was a handicapped spot, which I can't use, and when I returned late there was barely any spots left to park in. I do like the hardwood floors, but my socks were very dirty after walking only in the room.

Decent lower end motel

Queen room was adequately large. Beds were comfortable. Location was easy walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Also near Morro Bay and many good motorcycling roads.

Only one bar of soap in our room. No cups.

horrible bed bugs save ur money

the place was filthy and I found bed bugs I refused to sleep with bed bugs and they made me give them hem a cash deposit now I know why because they kept my whole deposit because the face towel I used had face makeup on it .when I asked again for my cash deposit the son that lives on the property ran up to me and screamed in my face he looked like he was on drugs

they were nice at the front desk and it was safe and decent for the price.

there were beds to sleep.

it was older we could hear the cars outside and the bathroom was ridiculously loud just for the light and the blankets were very thin I was cold all night.

I had a comfortable night stay.

Sean at the desk was very nice and helpful. I had a few requests and he was quick to oblige. The bed was very comfortable and I’m super picky as I have neck and back issues.
