The bed wasn’t super uncomfy. But for the price it was expected
The staff was rude. The lobby isn’t 24 hours. Went for two towels when they opened at 8:30. Was told they only had floor towels. The entire was room disgusting and smelled like smoke. The floors in the bathroom were so dusty and dirty there were balls of dirt rolling around. There was no toilet paper holder. No microwave/coffee pot/mini fridge. There wasn’t even a telephone to call the front desk.

Motel is outdated and requires some repairs. Seems like staff trying their best to keep it clean, but most appliances run down.

When our flight was cancelled and it was almost impossible to find a hotel room, we booked this place over the phone and were glad to get it. But when we got there, it was in terrible condition, not worth the money, and we were reluctant to stay there. However it was 2 am so we slept a couple of hours and left as soon as we could the next morning.
The room was sort of clean yet very tired and in poor condition - burn holes in the bed spread, towels with stains, bathroom facilities in bad condition. It was not worth the price. Plus we were billed for two nights when we only stayed for one, due to how bad the place was, and now we are disputing the charge for the second night with our credit card company.

Would not go there again
First I thought I was getting a deal. I upgrade the room for a fridge and microwave For extra $$. When I got there they said the things that was on the site was no longer provided. I then asked about my upgrade and was too to take it up with the site. The site gave me the run around. I didn't get anything back on my upgrade which wasn't an upgrade.
Second the room had a weird smell to it most of the sockets didn't work. Stuff peeling off the baseboards. It looked like the room had not been deep cleaned in years. I would not recommend going their.. please option for another hotel..

Trash on sidewalk outside of room. There was not a refrigerator in the room as described.

The room wasn’t properly clean and the bed had a huge dent in the middle of it! I was unable to put the main lock on the door! Roaches was coming out of multiple places and the tub was dirty!

After one hour we left the place because it was Dirty and not hygienic, non smoking room smells like ashtray! Drug den. Manager said that he can't provide another room. NO REFUND!!! I hope my coment will help to some one, not to get in to such PLACES!!!!

The room was warm n the bed was comfortable. The shower was very refreshing and it was convenient to restaurants.and Wawa's. Red Roof Inn wasn't as bad as I thought for a motel especially when I'm use to staying at IHG Hotels
I recommend that more of the staff understand English it was really hard trying to communicate because no one spoke English besides the maintenance guy but we reached an understanding to understand each other the best way possible.

No working light switch at the door. The only working light in the room was accessible by walking across the room in the dark to the wall between the beds. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke and there was a cigarette butt in the unflushed, dirty toilet. surfaces were dirty-beyond dusty. The bed sheet stunk of smoke. The 24/7 shuttle is a myth. I waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes. the manager said he called and verified it was on the way, it did not come. He went away to check and never came back. The night clerk kept calling him but I never saw him again. I ended up taking a later flight that got me home 3 hours late with more connections. The whole reason I got a ride to the hotel the night before was to make my super early flight less stressful. Please remove this from your list of possible hotels!

I didn’t like it didn’t have a microwave in it or the tv didn’t t work and the fridge didn’t get that cold.

Location was convenient but there were many other albeit more expensive options
Requested non-smoking room but everything reeked of cigarettes. Cigarette burn holes on bedcover. All of our stuff smelled of cigarettes after.
