Nice place to stay.

Convenient to airport. Fast shuttle service.

Understaffed. I felt bad for the desk clerk who had to double as the shuttle driver.

Horrible

it was in a nice location

When I went to check in the room wasn’t accessible and it was an hour and 45 minutes after the check in time and the room was not clean and ready. The front desk told me she would see what she can do. She gave us a dirty room with food still in the microwave from the previous person. We didn’t even stay there, it was a horrible experience.

Bed Bugs.. VISIBLE

I liked the convenience of the location.

I always double check for cleanliness before unpacking or laying in the bed. Upon checking, I pulled back the sheets and found a small little bug, and paid no mind to it thinking I may have been "overthinking" things. My husband and I went to have dinner, came back and I checked the bed again, and found 3 more bugs! Plain as day just crawling on the sheets! I was appalled! I called the front desk to let them know and see if I can have a refund, bc I refuse to lay in a bed as such. He insisted I take another "cleaner" room instead. It was 3or4 am at this point and agreed. Waited ANOTHER Hour bc he never called me back to tell me a status of the room, and when he answered he said OMG as in he forgot about me and immediately started apologizing saying I have room 204 available RIGHT now. At this time its damn near 6am, before we finally got settled. He was very rude, and inconsiderate, CONSIDERING he came take pics of the bugs hisself to show his manager. Never again will I ever stay here or recommend to anyone.

Kids screaming and jumping all hours of the night, then had the nerve the next morning when we were walking out the door to keep quiet when they kept us up half the night.

Hotel great, third party booking, NOT

The hotel and their staff was wonderful, BUT BOOKING.COM WAS VERY DISAPOINTING! I showed up to the hotel, and my "confirmation" meant NOTHING! There was obviously a problem between your company and the hotel. I thought I was good since I had several emails from your company, preparing for my stay. The reason I booked 2 months in advance was so I wouldn't have to worry about finding a room after an 8 hour drive, arriving at midnight with a child. But.... here I was, paying more than I expected because you guys failed me. NOW, I am forced to check on all my other guaranteed CONFIRMATIONS, due to this. NOT HAPPY!

The hotel staff was extremely nice, and accommodated me where booking failed. But, of course I had to pay larger sum of money!

Room was nice and comfy...location was great....could use more channels on the tv... Food variety go

Had a good variety of breakfast but food was cold... Juice wasnt working so other than coffee nothing to drink... Yogurt machine barely worked... The woman replacing food non friendly and looked like she needed a new job...

They were in the middle of remodeling and we had to keep going around areas that were blocked off and workers played their music loud

They are doing renovations and I got put in a newly remodeled room, it was very nice. Friendly front desk staff, good breakfast and great location. I will definitely stay here again!

Affordable rooms.

Price of the room and comfy bed.

The hotel is being remodeled and it’s very inconvenient for all guests a lot of noise and debris on the floor.

We enjoyed our night stay. I’m sure it will look wonderful when the remodel is finished.

the room was very nice and it was nice to have the air on when we arrived. It was not far from our destination.

the toilet didn’t function properly all the time but didn’t cause any real issues. They we’re remodeling the bottom floor area, but again that caused no major issues.
