Will be back!

This was maybe the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at, and the coffee machine in the lobby is my new best friend.

I needed the front desk attendant a couple times and she was not always present, but I'm sure she was just busy.

Fantastic! We will stay there again when returning to Tulsa.

All of the staff were friendly and professional. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding!

There was not one thing that we didn't like. We are unable to think of any ways to make improvements.

Route 66

Due to the place being upgraded/renovated, our room was very nice, with parquet floors and a modern look. There was coffee in the room and space on the bathroom counter to put incidentals.

Our room was across from the soda and ice machines that went off at all times of the night. It was extremely noisy. The coffee machine wasn't working so there was no coffee at breakfast - glad there was in the room!

Cozy, warm, and friendly. VERY good breakfast!

Staff was prompt to respond to needs, very good breakfast, pool area was clean.

Not all lenins were changed in room. There was a stain on hideaway bed in mattress. Construction going on also caused a lot of dust to build up.

The breakfast was ok. The one in midwest city has really good breakfast. That is why I chose to stay here in tulsa

It sounded like there was a dying cat outside our window

My go-to hotel for my friends and I when we come to a Tulsa. Great value.

The beds are amazingly comfortable. A great location for me to dart on and out of as I roam my favorite haunts in Tulsa.

The traffic from the highway would be a sleeping issue for me but putting the fan on constant mode counteracts the road noise.

Comfortable, nice personnel, and clean.

Easy check in. Hotel was clean. Had very nice white bedding. Temperature was easy to control.

Hotel is a little aged. The pool is right off of the check in desk, so the chlorine smell was strong in that area. Seemed better when we had breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was simple but good. Area very clean. We had children above us who had heavy feet. Overall, a good experience. I would recommend this hotel.

Property recently had a water issue. Broken pipes. Location did there very best to make stay as comfortable as possible.

Disappointing

Staff was friendly

Had my rooms changed on me last minute and then got stuck in an area where they was doing construction and had the area blocked off. Didn't think it was very safe for us to be there but no other rooms was available for our stay in tulsa

it was a living nightmare. I had to take my family and leave at 11 pm because there was a masked man knocking on our doors and calling our room threatening us and the staff did nothing

Bad

The facility had a flood the fitness center was not accessible. There were people running in the hallway at all times of the night. The clerk who checked me in did not explain to me that the hotel was putting a deposit on my card for the same price as the Three night stay. I can understand $100. It was not worth $450 for Three nights

The ice machine on the first floor was broken. Not happy I had to go to the 3rd floor.

Gym was closed and they skipped cleaning our room 2 of the days . Bed was pretty soft

The hotel comforts didn’t say free breakfast & free roaches!!

I did not eat breakfast, liked the location of the hotel. Immediately off the highway.

There were roaches in my room, I was not pleased. The staff didn’t seem trained to handle the situation. There was a sign that had no vacancies so I’m assuming that’s why we weren’t offered another room. The property manager was very rude on how she could resolve the matter “since we booked through a third party, and the best she could do was do a one night refund.” That I still have not received.
