Overpriced with no extra amenities

Friendly staff and great location

Small parking lot, no pool or hot tub, only coffee available in the morning, only provided hand soap in shower, phone in room didn’t work

I had to change my rooms from a silver queen room to a 2 queen bed room the person who answered the phone was new and did not know how to do that so I had to cancel my room and rebook another room. When I arrived they said I had to pay for my cancellation the attendant was rude even after I showed I contacted booking agent and canceled it so I left and went to another hotel Iam a business owner of a Rv park I will not recommend the motel 6 in Redmond to any of my guess looking for a good motel in refmond

Okay for the need.

We attended the Fairwell festival and this was in close proximity to the fairgrounds which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

They way overcharged for the stay, $600 instead of normal $200, which I get due to the demand, but weren’t staffed to handle the event. We waited 30 mins in line to check in and some people couldn’t get in their rooms because they weren’t finished cleaning from the day before. Management should’ve properly staffed knowing it was fully booked/sold out all weekend. It stunk in the lobby every time we came and went like urine

Front office staff was unpleasant and acted very inconvenienced.

Couldn't even find a box of tissue and none of the ice machines were functioning

I think that the motel was overpriced for what we paid for one night.

Check-in, ease of getting to and into room. Refrigerator and television worked well. Room was mostly quiet. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom sink needed attension. Sink drain cover stem was missing top screw cover making it difficult to open to drain water out of sink. Noisy second story floor was very noisy when ever some one was walking around in room above. Needed another chair other than straight back desk chair.

Clean and quiet but needs improvements

It was quite and clean

Ice machine outside my room didn't work, hot tub was broken, could not turn the air conditioner down past 66°, went down to get coffee in the morning and it was all gone and staff did not want to make anymore.

clean, had good view of canal and mountains, saw wildlife, good value

need coffee makers in the room and the ice maker on third floor wasn’t working

Good basic place to stay, comfortable, convenient to town.

Comfortable bed, room was a nice size. Refrigerator worked and was relatively quiet. Heater was quiet. Desk, chair, tv, all the basics.

The bathroom counter was small. No facial tissue. No freezer in the refrigerator.

Place was clean nice comfortable great location.

Yvonne was a bit rude when we asked her questions she would sigh and make faces and rudely answer us as if we were supposed to know certain things it was rather dumb and frustrating.

Very displeased

Stayed here before and really liked it. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed and quiet. Excited to stay again

Got there and proceeded to check in. When asked about the pets we brought (2 cats and a dog) they refused our stay there. I made reservations because they were suppose to be pet friendly. They had been in the past and we never had an issue. I made the reservation/prepaid as well, a month ahead and after 10 hours of driving.... Was denied a room. We were tired and willing to pay the extra cost of a pet deposit and also open to a walk thru when we checked out, but without any compassion, they nonchalantly told me too bad. No explanation of even how I should go about canceling the reservation, even getting a refund. No aid in any other places we might be able to stay. Infact, we were told there were no hotels that would take a cat. Man, that was rough. Would have been nice if they showed some sort of kindness or acted like they felt bad... Whatever BTW... We had stayed in the same motel with the same pets in July (less than 4 months before)

worst staff ever

property is fine. I’ve stayed here many times only the previous time was horrible. staff is cruel. housekeepers do not leave enough new towels or provide clean bedding even when I stayed for a week.

the staff is wretched and no one gives enough clean towels or even clean bedding. also I only got one bar of soap when every other motel leaves two.
