This hotel is better- Lobby/ room- than most RED Roofs we have visited.
Breakfast organization was poor. Place like items with like items. You may want to visit other similar properties to upgrade the menu offerings. Lower quality breads, cereal. Just a few small improvements would bring it up. Why a waffle maker, and no whipped cream?

My room smelled of cat urine and there were no other rooms available as your hotel was full with a wedding party. No compensation was offered. If no compensation will be offered I will not return and I will tell.others who regularly go not to go etc.. horrible breakfast we went early at 8 and there wS hardly any fruit left or bread..........

The lady at the check in counter was very pleasant. The beds were comfortable.
I don't feel Red Roof Inns are worth their prices as they are really just high end motels. No ameneties.

Friendly greeting at the desk with suggestions for a restaurant. We were even warned about the Fair taking place in town and the traffic might be bad. We made our way to Donovan's and enjoyed a good meal. Our room was well-appointed and quiet.

Amanda on the front desk was a delight when we were checking in. I Loved the fact that they had proper mugs, plates and cutlery available at breakfast, in addition to the disposable ones.
My bed was just a single mattress on a steel frame, so not particularly comfortable. The pillows were poor quality.

Front desk clerk was very slow and half way through checking me in she took 2 phone reservations while I stood there waiting, This is an old property with a cheapo remodel, I actually was in my room for about 10 minutes and left and lost that money I paid and went to a different Hotel.
Desk Clerk ignored me and took other reservations while I stood there. , Hotel was full of Construction workers, drinking n the lobby and very loud. Remodel is poor.

It was located across from a grocery store. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The free breakfast was lacking. I wish my grass was as green as the bananas. The guest laundry had only 1 washer but two dryers

I wanted to thank Jennifer and Amanda for a great service. They were so helpful. Great customer service would recommend this place to anybody clean and the hospitality is exceptional. Thank you so much to Jennifer and Amanda.
I had a minor problem with the air conditioner of the room, but they were so quick to resolve the problem

no pet fee. have HBO. access to coffee all the time.
Room smelled disgusting, only had one luggage cart which was missing when I left. The staff offered to help, which was very nice, but was still such an inconvenience. The tvs are very old. I saw the great reviews and was so disappointed. Also area feels very unsafe, I’m glad I had my pitbull with me. the smell of cigarettes was all through the halls.
