This was my last. Time staying there won’t ever stay again

Location

The room had nothing In it also the door to my room look liked it had been broken into. The breakfast 20$ for 4 items not worth the cost . The air conditioner didn’t work properly and when I reported it the staff acted dumbed founded. Then I was told prior to arriving 2 days ahead I had to at now or my reservation would be canceled in which I booked through bookings.com and picked pay at facility

The property and facility is great but the management and staff are not.

the room and the facilty

the staff are very impatient and unfriendly. On arrival, there was demands for cash deposits which was never menioned by bookings.com This is so very bad and more so we had to extend our stay and there was too much drama about payment not being received and threatened to send us packing. management of clients is very important and that will only determine next visit to the hotel.

Was not good at all. The staff were rude at times

A little outdated and rooms smell of cigarette smoke plus spilled beer. Staff was unable to accommodate. There is no onsite laundry.

The grill downstairs is open at their convenience and out of almost everything on the menu. Rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. People smoking and drinking in the parking lot.

Hotel bacana. Ótima localização ao Norte ! Recomendo.

Hotel é ótimo e os serviços funcionam super bem ou em caso de necessidade tudo é resolvido rapidamente.

Na nossa chegada, elevadores estavam bloqueados e tivemos uma troca de quarto pois o cofre não funcionava. Tudo foi resolvido rapido porem fica o inconveniente que poderia ser evitado.

Check if there is conventions during your visit

They have a convention and there were a lot of people, one of them smoked inside the bedroom and the smoke alarm went off at 1:30 am, on top of that a lot of the people participating in that convention went down almost naked and some with lingerie 😣 very uncomfortable situation after the scared because of the alarm.

Charge you $20 per person for breakfast

The ac in my room barely worked. We were hot all night but luckily we carry a fan. The restaurant and bar were both not in business for the stay, which is why we booked the place

Very comfortable, nice and perfect location. Definitely a must stay again and again.

The room was better than I thought and it’s very open, clean and amenity filled in the building.

The staff wasn’t too friendly but that’s really it.

Pretty nice place to stay, some staff were nice and some were downright unhelpful

Nice room, comfy bed and I enjoyed a little session in the gym too

Varying helpfulness of staff. We were not informed of facilities like water fountains and ice machines. Sometimes they would stuck a tray of water bottles by the front desk and be kind and happy to give water and coffee for the machine in the room- one lady reluctantly gave my boyfriend a water bottle from the fridge, 5 min later when I came to ask for a bottle she “went to the storage room” for 5 min letting me wait to get a fresh batch even though I saw she had more bottles in the fridge🤣 We were told when breakfast was only to come down the next morning hearing that their breakfast was really expensive - like unreasonable and no options so we went elsewhere for food. Unsustainable 1 use bottles, coffee and paper mugs. Why can’t we have real cups that gets washed? Especially if you are staying for days and you only get one of each thing per person..

It was exactly what my boyfriend and I needed.

The outside pool area was very relaxing for us. To sit outside with the lights and enjoy the nice breeze that was really nice.

Free parking, very clean, quiet, and friendly staff.

Bathroom didn’t have vent fan so the bathrooms smells, shower steam, etc. wafted through the room.

THE WEEKEND WAS GREAT 🙌 !!

The breakfast was great. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. The entire hotel was very clean. The drinks were great. There were lots of parking for handicap.

Everything went smoothly. Staff helpful and attentive. The property was well kept. My room was clean and comfortable. I had noisy guests next door, but that's not the hotels fault. The location was great and not too far from the main attractions. I would definitely recommend it.

Overall, it was a very pleasant 2 day stay. The area restaurants, shops, and above all, the French Bagette pastry shop

Comfortable, quiet, friendly, and convenient

The room was right next to the elevator. We thought we might hear foot traffic, but to our surprise, the room was very quiet. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We’d stay here again.

Location, water bottles in the rooms.

There should be an outlet on the clock or close to the bed. I had to plug my phone in way across the room. I was told about the Cafe but never given a menu.

Superb

Large bedroom. Stylish furnishings. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Option to get additional items for the room, like razors and slippers . Safe area.

Pool was a little dirty. Emergency alarm sounded at approx 9am and we left the room to wait outside the hotel, as instructed by the recording that was being played throughout the hotel announcement system. No one was outside. The staff at the hotel did not tell us anything until we went back in and asked. We were then told it was nothing and to go back to our rooms.
