DON'T STAY AT LONESTAR EVEN IF IT'S YOUR ONLY CHOICE

I WAS NOT GIVEN THE BOOKING PRICE I HAD TO PAY MORE THE PERSON WHO ASSISTED WAS RUDE SO I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM TONANYONE. THE POWER ON ONE SIDE OF THE ROOM DIDN'T WORK THE STAFF DIDN'T CARE. IT WAS TERRIBLE!

NOTHING REALLY NO VENDING MACHINES NO ICE OR WATER THE STAFF IS RUDE THE ROOMS ON ONE SIDE ARE AWFUL

Had to move dons because our was disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned. Smelled Smokey:/

There was no breakfast available when we were there. The whole breakfast room was locked up. The first room we were given was not cleaned and had beer cans all over, no sheets, and gross stuff in the bathroom. Our second room was kind of clean but the lights flickered a lot and the area didn’t feel very safe. The customer service was ok, but not great. We requested a non-smoking room and while I our first (dirty) room was, our second room was not and smelled strongly of smoke

we had bad experience and we chose to go to another facility that was way cleaner and safer at a safer area.

I didn’t stay there because when we walked to the room we had lots roaches on the floor.

lots roaches in the room and many homeless people were handing on the premises at the property. please don’t charge our credit for this as we will dispute it if necessary. I hope you do understand and accept our concern. greatly appreciated.

I did not sleep comfortable and was ready to leave

The bathroom floor was all wet when we got there.. there was a dead roach on floor and next day saw more. Sheets had cigarette burns on them.

Nice to stay but forget about getting a good night's rest.

Clean.

It was so noisy!!! You could hear everything from all of the other rooms! People talking, people snoring, water running, people talking outside of rooms, toilets flushing! You could hear ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. So i didn't sleep.
