The TV did not work I caled the front she came over and told me she would give me a discount since it didn't work but ai haven't seen that discount yet! Second floor smelled like pee. Room had roach in the refrigerator and room felt humid. Snack vending machines did not work.

I'd do it again.

I saw three roaches. Probably because of work that was going on. The noise from the workers bothered me but I understood.

Less than expected.

Location was in a great place for tourists. Breakfast was ok, could have had a few more choices. Checking in and out was not complicated.

I booked two rooms with Queen size beds and our bed sizes were Full size. Was told from front desk that's the only size offered, website specified Queen. Was not offered a price reduction due to this issue. 2 out of 3 ice machines were not in working order during our stay. 3rd floor guests were stomping all hours of the night.

Could be better

Was able to change room to 1st floor next day.

No elevator in main building. Pool was not clean and had heavy chlorine. Staff seemed rude or bothered to help - if they even acknowledged at all. Wasn't informed where breakfast was ( not told in other building). Had to ring bell 4x to get clerk at check in.

Gross. It’s smelled like mildew. Our air conditioning smelled bad also.

I honestly can’t think of one thing.

The smell, the floors throughout the whole building was nasty. The one guy that we saw working didn’t speak after we said hello to him. The room was pretty bad. The bathroom was very dirty. That’s actually why we checked out a day early because we didn’t want to take showers there. We had a pile of dirty towels and the wash cloth look like someone had dried their very dirty hands on them.

Overall it was a clean hotel.

The property was on a great strip where there was everything that you could think of!

Unfortunately, the size of my room and the fact that I was put on the 2nd floor with 2 small kids.

Fishing trip

Rooms are well equipped - the usual Flat screen, microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc. Quiet. Felt safe. Plenty of parking. And breakfast was pretty decent. Ham/ sausage egg cheese busquits, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee,muffins, pancakes. 2nd stay. Will stay again

A little tricky to get to. But not a big deal at all.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

The room was excellent. The staff was exceptional. I will be staying at MicroTel more often in the future.

The only thing wrong was that the bathtub faucet dripped, but if we closed the door, we couldn't hear it.

The bathroom sink just was backed up the water wasn’t going out how it should an the tub was the same way but other then that everything was good

Enjoyed the stay! Great location to stores and multiple venues. We will be back!

Enjoyed the breakfast! Great variety

Did not realize that there were different types of rooms prior to our stay! Staff was excellent in helping us relocate to suit our needs.

Will not be staying in this hotel again.

The outside yard maintenance looked Amazing.

The inside of the hotel smelled like sewer. The carpets smelled and were dirty. The room I stayed in was dusty. Out dated furniture. Continental breakfast was a not good. The dining room looked like a shed. With construction supplies in the dining room.

Do not recommend staying here unless you like roaches and horrible customer service

It was a great location and great breakfast

The door keys wouldn’t work hardly. i seen a roach in the closet, when telling the staff, they seemed to not care or ask questions. Their internet wouldn’t stay connected or work properly. We stayed there for 5 days and sheets only got changed one time. but not the top sheet because it had the same stain on corner the whole time.

overall the stay was great! It has its ups and downs like any other place.

I loved how clean it was and cute the outside was.

I didnt like that soon as we walked down the hall to get to our room it was hot and the room had a hot/heat smell to it.Once we lowered the ac in our room it wasnt to bad.

Coffee was ok, and the option to eat breakfast was good.

Bed and pillows were horrible. It was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. The room was humid and smelled musty.
