Felt like we were transported to a peaceful, relaxing resort somewhere far away but it was right in our backyard.

Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. They surprised us with not one but two pieces of cake in our room for our anniversary!

Our room with a view wasn’t really a view at all more like view of tree branches. But in the grand scheme of things it was alright.

Beautiful property but not worth the price if you are wanting to actually sleep.

Beautiful grounds, great drinks

The walls were so thin and there was a very loud group in the room next to us. I used AirPods to attempt to drown out the noise but that didn’t work. At 1:30am we reached out to the front desk for help. For the rate the hotel charges, I expected better insulation or soundproofing between rooms. We barely slept.

The breakfast was great

3:00 in the morning the toilet was plugged, someone brought me a plunger, I. Said I didn’t even know how to use it. I called the front desk and they sent the same person and they couldn’t fix it either. When we left the next day still not working.

Overall a wonderful hotel. But with this approach of the staff, customers will be dissatisfied.

Excellent infrastructure and location

The staff ruined our stay. So we couldn't explain where you can have breakfast. sent to a restaurant that is closed. And we hurried to the airport in the morning. The whole stay was ruined last morning.

Fun and relaxing!

Beautiful grounds and pool facilities.

Pet policy ie requirement to stay with pet for duration of stay. Also - front desk staff not properly trained.

We had a great experience at the Woodlands resort! The lazy River was definitely our favorite!

The resort was beautiful and the room was very nice, comfy beds! My grand babies loved the lazy River and they enjoyed the turtle feeding! The staff was very friendly! We are already planning to go back!

Our room didn’t feel like it ever completely cooled off, wasn’t hot but it didn’t seem like the ac was working properly! I also did not like that you couldn’t bring outside drinks and snacks into the pool area, having two small children it’s definitely needed!

The pools, lazy river, and daily kid activities were amazing!!! Unfortunately the lack of housekeeping might be enough

The pools and lazy river was the highlight of our trip!!

Housekeeping was not ideal. I had to call twice to ask for new sheets on our beds and finally when asked a third time, sheets were delivered to our door for us to change ourselves. I also noticed our bathroom was not cleaned on a daily basis. We have kids, we notice when things aren’t clean. I was unhappy with the level of housekeeping in general.

Pretty good I'll go again

For some reason me and my husband appear to be the only people checked into the hotel so it was very quiet it was no activity whatsoever.

The food at back table was expensive for their menu options were very seriously lacking but thankfully we had included breakfast with our package so we didn't have to pay for that.

Location was great

The bathroom was not clean. There was urine on the toilet seat. When I told front desk nothing was done or even offered. Just a sorry about that.

Our fourth vacation in this beautiful resort. But the management changement to Hilton chain, hurt bad, upon our opinion this beautiful resort! The staff is worst, the breakfast is worst.

How could be possible that the elevators in the 5000 building did not work for 48 hours, between 17.09. 2022 and 19.09.2022 ?!?!?!

Las piscina, el río, toda el area de las piscinas.

the bathtub. the water did not go down. I had to uncover the floor plug to remove all the encrusted hair from the public so that my children could bathe. it sucked. but I had to do it because the water did not go down and the shower and the water were filled up to the ankle.

We had a wonderful time! The kids said it was the best vacation ever!

The large rooms, the location to the pool. The lazy river & pools are terrific?

The pool people running the restaurant at night there were not too friendly.

Very clean. Spacious even with a toddler . They had so many activities for my girl aside from the pools.
