Good value for my nights stay.

Convenient to restaurants & Georgetown College where my tennis event was held.

My suite had an issue with the deadbolt lock, which I brought to the GM’s attention during checkout. He took notes of my issue, apologized & said he would insure that the issue was corrected.

Almost as good as a Hilton and waaayy cheaper!!

We stayed in the king suite with whirpool and let me tell you, it was worth it!! Now that the doubletree Hilton got rid of their jacuzzi tubs I was so disappointed but this tub is so much better!! Me and my husband can both fit and he’s 6’2”!! Also the pool and hot tub being open til midnight is amazing!! That’s so great and unheard of being open so late but so thankful. If I had to say any bad things I would say the towels could be plushier and they could use some bigger tvs …… but overall we will be back again!!

I will not stay at this hotel again. I was disappointed after selecting this hotel based on reviews

Hotel was easy to get to from interstate. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. Nice breakfast included.

Front desk staff was not very welcoming. Bathtub faucet was leaking. Not just a drip but a steady trickle.

We had connected rooms and could be together as a family which was our goal!

Proximity to things as well as well as being cost effective! The clerks were so helpful and friendly. The kids loved the pool and it was nice to not have to leave to get a hot delicious breakfast!

It was perfect for what I was looking for!

I did not utilize the breakfast service, but did take some coffee with me which was nice. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable, just what I was looking for, and at a fair price.

I really have nothing bad to say about my experience. The hotel is located in a very busy area full of other hotels and restaurants, but despite this there were green areas where I could walk my dog.

This was a nice relaxing stay while we were moving someone into college.

We had 3 rooms and 2 of those rooms the air was not working. The bathrooms were not cleaned like they should be.. the rooms that we booked through booking.com was not sent to the hotel like we had order per the staff and the front desk. He said there were no other rooms

I’m less than impressed with this hotel and chain. Not likely to stay at another Country Inn & Suites.

The property was conveniently located to the event we were in town for.

The air conditioner in our room was exceptionally noisy when it would turn on. We were on the first floor near ice maker and breakfast room so there was loud noise from the breakfast room that could be heard through the paper thin walls and guests filling coolers of ice at 6am. The bathroom was in much need of TLC.

A Great Place to Stay!

We found our hotel room to be very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good! There are several choices of places to eat near the hotel We would definitely stay there again.

The water pressure was slightly lower than we like however, not a deal breaker.
