The stay.
No breakfast, had to buy breakfast everyday on top of paying for the room all week.
And the jacuzzi step was to steep getting in and out someone could get hurt.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the pool was clean and of a good size for a small hotel pool. Also the location whilst on a fairly busy road was walkable to enough facilities to accommodate our needs during our stay.
There was no hot beverage making facilities in the room, which was a little irksome but didn’t impact our stay.

Receptionist was kind. Room was clean, easy to park. Close to the beach, but the beach was over crowded at this period.

Bed was nice and comfy, the room was super clean!! The water in the shower was nice and hot!!
The only thing I didn't like was the very strong smell of chlorine in the pool and jacuzzi. But it was still so relaxing!!

conveniently located
specifically picked this for the hot tub and when we got there is was drained and not usable

Hot tub was nice but very chlorinated and cloudy. Room was comfortable and clean.
Wall heating/cooling unit was old and made a LOT of squeaking noises thru the night. Had to sleep with ear plugs in.

private entrance for key holders on opposite end.
the staff was rude to me and charged me a hundred dollars (the deposit) for smoking fee as they stated there was debris in the bed and the smoke detector was covered with a wash cloth
i explained to them that the individual I was with was mentally unwell and he was in and out of psychosis much of the time but I was with him and conscious and there was no smoking done in the room. they were very rude, refused to help me and did not notify me prior to the charge being made but rather refused to reimburse it after it was made.

Location Great. Nice Beaches nearby. Staff nice. Dan very helpful. Annabelle, our Filipino Housekeeper and the men working with her were very nice, and efficient.
No Laundry on premises. AC, Heater with few options. Fan on all the time w/o heat or AC, or heat/AC with intermittent Fan. Would have liked heat with a fan on all the time for white noise during our sleep. Thermostat no-functional. No blankets available in the room when we arrived late evening. Staff supplied when asked the next day. Some chilly nights, mid September. Expensive considering the off-season, at least for Thursday night. Coffee available with creamer (:) ) , but low quality beans, Old beans?

The rooms were clean and quiet. There is a nice pool and hot tub off the lobby and we were within walking distance of one of the shuttle bus stops for the Seafood Festival. There are several stores and restaurants nearby as well.
There is one small elevator in the lobby making it difficult to get to the upper floors in one trip if you have a larger group or more luggage. No continental breakfast, but we knew that going in.

The hot tub amazing. Pool good too. 5 minutes from the beach.
Rooms clean.staff was amazing.
Only had 2 luggage carts . And 1 was broken wheel. Sauna was not accessible for me in my
Wheelchair. Coffee line in morning was for one pot of coffee. When I got to the pot
It was empty.

The best front service desk person was a young man that greeted us on our first day. We were glad to see him when he returned. He was very helpful, attentive to what we may need, great resource on surrounding area on where to eat or things to do. Brought extra towels when needed or weren't sure how to access something in room . He was abusively the best compared to the others at front desk.
Inconsistent in housekeeping. Need was made out not. Towels were always replaced. It wasn't bad just inconsistent during our 4 day stay

didn’t dislike anything

The facilities were old and dirty.
Booked two rooms for a night away with friends. Did not stay the night after seeing bugs in the bed. When we told the man at the front desk he admitted our rooms were recently treated for bed bugs. He came up and checked for the bugs himself. He said he and found no evidence himself so he would not refund us our money. Even though we had photos and video. We left exhausted and very upset.
