Exceptional

Best place we stayed on our adventures through Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, SD, and Nebraska. Breakfast was great, everyone was nice and helpful.

The down comforter on my bed looked as if someone had blown their nose on it. It is sandwiched between spread and sheet, so it must have been missed by the staff when cleaning the room.

Nice facility with substandard "free" breakfast

Staff is wonderful. Room layout is more logical and functional than many competitors'. Good water pressure.

So-called "omelette" at free breakfast appeared to be made with powdered eggs and was tasteless, indeed, inedible. A/C unit in our room was very noisy and kept going on and off.

Overpriced

Front desk people were very friendly

Way overpriced for how little amenities there were in the room. I stayed in a hotel that cost less and had a far better bathroom with a tub and his and her sinks. Also, the TV didn't work, so I couldn't change the channel, so I was stuck watching whatever was on that channel

I had a layover in Denver and Len was incredibly helpful with helping my husband and I with locating the shuttle pick up

it was clean and very comfortable. Ken at the front desk was incredibly helpful.

A pleasant stay for a layover with some minor things that needs to be improved

Check-in + check-out was smooth and the staff was excellent. Especially the shuttle bus driver! Has never met anyone that energetic before 5AM. Definitely made an impact on my long travel day that it was positive from the get go. The gym was also nice. Has all the equipment needed to stay in shape while travelling.

The pool looked a little bit dirty for my liking. This is most likely because of my own preference and tied to how often i swim as i have seen a wide variety of pools. Moreover, the air conditioner / heating system didn't work and was warming the room rather than cooling it. Also, the fridge was making noises that impacted my sleep a tiny bit.

This is my second time stayinf had to stay due to maintenance turning off water in my building so decided to stay at this hotel and it never fails and the breakfast was amazing as well! Love it

Great place to stay near Ball arena.

Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. They held our luggage when we checked out as we were going to the hockey game. Breakfast was good.

Great room, great location, extra friendly staff.

The breakfast and location were perfect after a late night flight into Denver.

The only complaint I have was there was an odor in the hallways going to and from our room. It smelled like sewage, so that was unpleasant.

Room size was great. Beds were quite comfortable. Good ventilation and location. Good breakfast. Allowed late check out.

Sofa was old, ripped pillows, and it was hard. Chair had food crumbs, and floor not vacuumed. When I pulled back top cover on the bed, the sheet had dried blood stain.

The hotel is close to the airport, and has an airport shuttle. Overall a good place to stay

Good WiFi, clean room, good breakfast

I'm a Hilton Honors member. One side of the hotel has view of the Rockies, the other side a parking lot. We got the parking lot view. I didn't realize this until after I checked into my room and felt it was too late ask for a room change at this point. In my opinion, the clerk should have made every effort to put us in a room with the best view available unless the hotel was full which it wasn't. We spent 3 nights last week in Colorado, all in Hilton hotels. I would have felt a lot better about choosing Hilton if my room assignment would have been handled differently. This is not criticism of the clerk at all. Everyone we encountered was professional and helpful.
